Easy to communicate with and great service provided

Pam and John were so warm and welcoming when we first took Millie for a meet and greet (earlier in the year) before her summer holiday stay. We were very reassured that Millie would be in diligent and experienced hands for her stay. Pam and John took excellent care of Millie; Millie has complex medical needs and Pam and John followed all our instructions and guidance on Millie's care and routine. They asked us questions about Millie's medical history which we really appreciated as it showed us they really cared for the dogs they look after. Pam and John sent us regular updates with photos during Millie's stay - we could see that Millie was very happy and relaxed. We would love for Pam and John to look after Millie again in the future.

My dog Jake loves staying with Caroline as he gets spoilt. We get regular updates and because we know he’s being looked after we don’t worry one bit about him. And the good thing is that we know that Caroline has the full support of HFH should there be any issues. We we can go away and enjoy our holiday.

Needed dog boarding service for a dog where both dog and we could be confident in experience. Dog appeared to have stress free time boarding and came back in great spirits.

Lynne & Chris always look after Theo so well they send us updates and photos when we’re away which is always lovely to see!

HFH were very friendly and helpful and our eventual carer (Maxine) was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and welcoming and kept us regularly updated on how our pets were doing so we could relax and enjoy the holiday. Couldn’t recommend more!

This was the 4th time my little dog stayed with Jan. She is happy there and very well looked after. It is definitely a Home from Home for her. It gives us total peace of mind when we are away. Thank you.

Excellent all round

Our dog Louie was very excited to see Hazel again! As soon as arriving he is exploring her house, up & down the stairs and in all her rooms! We love leaving Louie with Hazel, because we know she will treat him just as we would, spoil him, in other words 😊 thankyou for taking care of our Louie Hazel 🥰

Lily was looked after by a wonderful couple, she thoroughly enjoyed herself and I am so grateful for the care they gave her. I think she had a lovely holiday too!

Our two dogs were matched with the loveliest couple, Pam and John. We went on holiday knowing their happiness and welfare were top priority, we had regular photo updates, including a photo on their birthday with our birthday card for them and some birthday biscuits from Pam and John. It was like they were staying with close family while we were away which made leaving them so much easier. Everything was so easy to organise, would thoroughly recommend Home from Home to anyone looking for stress free boarding

Olive had a lovely time staying with Jane. It was the first sleepover away from home and Jane was great at putting our minds at ease that she would be well looked after. She also sent us daily photo updates so we were able to holiday happy in the knowledge that Olive was also enjoying her holiday at home from homes

Teddy was always very happy to see Wendy and her husband. He always had a wonderful time with them. They were very caring and kind. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I needed to book five nights for my two Westies at quite short notice. Luckily Jean was available to have them, the lady who has looked after them many times. It was easy to book with the agency and arrange times for taking them and collecting them with Jean. As per usual, they had a lovely time and Jean was patient with their occasional yaps and mischievous ways. Two happy dogs returned home.
