Home Genius made our experience memorable from the beginning to the end. Starting with Vince, the sales representative, He was charismatic and very honest, we didn't feel the pressure, and he had the opportunity to upsell ( I kept my eyes on the concrete siding). He gave his honest opinion. The project coordinator was on point as well. The product arrived in a few days at our driveway, and they started the very next day at 8 am. Ian, the project manager, is the nicest guy ever. He was always available to answer any question. The crew was courteous and fast. They started on a Thursday, by Friday, they were 97% done, they attempted to finish on Saturday, but one of the guys got sick, totally understandable, but Monday AM, they were ready and finished by 2 pm. Ian stopped by days later to check for nails or anything that was left behind. They even installed light fixtures for us. I must say we are only receiving compliments for the aesthetics of the house now. If I have to find something I didn't like was that, like in every war, there are casualties; my rose bushes paid the price, lol. I think they were stepped on or something was put on top, but I understand they were in the way, and they would grow back soon. I totally recommend this company.

My wife and I are pleased with our experience with all those involved in this major project on our house! Our initial evaluatory visit with Nicole was a pleasure! She performed a thorough evaluation of our roofing needs and gave a clear explanation of what needed to be done, the anticipated costs, and financing available. She followed up with us as a friend, helping us deal with this major undertaking. A new, beautiful, top-quality roof was up two days later! Capping and soffit repair and replacement were much more involved, requiring a few days' work, but left our house looking great! Both parts of this home exterior repair were well explained and managed by Brandon, the project manager, Marvin, who supervised and assisted with the reroofing project, and Danny, who managed the capping project, which involved the erection of scaffolds. On day one, Marvin visited with our neighbors, explained the work they would be performing on our house, and eased any concerns they had about how their work might impinge on their property or activities. Danny reiterated that reassurance with our neighbors when they erected scaffolds to perform the capping and soffit replacements. All work was done with care and thorough professionalism, exceeding my expectations for what they would do. Brandon was over the top in responding immediately to our requests for extra work beyond our original contract, and all was done beautifully! I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anyone wishing for top-quality work on the exterior of their home!

I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience I’ve had
throughout this project, from lack of communication to poor execution.
Before I made the purchase, I met with a salesperson who assured me I would be “very happy”
and kept informed with continuous updates every step of the way. That promise could not have
been further from the truth. The day after my purchase, I received one introductory email from
the project coordinator. That was the only communication I received from her, despite my
repeated attempts to reach out with questions. I received no responses and was left completely in
the dark until someone eventually called to tell me my door and window were in and to schedule
installation.
Installation was set for a Friday at 3 p.m. The day of, I heard absolutely nothing from anyone. At
noon, I reached out to confirm if things were still on track, no response. I tried multiple times to
contact someone and couldn’t reach a single person. It got to the point where I genuinely
considered contacting my bank to block the payment, I thought I was being scammed. At 3 p.m.,
I was finally informed the crew was running an hour behind. Four o’clock came and went with
still no update. Finally, at 5:15 p.m., the installers arrived.
They stayed until 9 p.m. and then informed me they had brought the wrong door. My storm door
was bungee-corded to my railing because the correct hardware wasn’t available. It remained like
that, for four weeks. Every time I followed up, I was told the materials still hadn’t arrived. It was
embarrassing and unacceptable to have my home in that condition for so long.
When they finally returned to fix the issue, they arrived 45 minutes late, again, with no
communication, even though I told them I was missing work to be there. And now, with the work
supposedly complete, my storm door still doesn’t close properly, and my front door is extremely
difficult to lock. I raised these concerns, and the workers appeared completely unprepared to
address them. After more back-and-forth and no clear solution, I was so frustrated that I told
them to just leave. I will now be seeking someone else to correct the problems your team failed
to resolve.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful. At a minimum, I expect a
follow-up from someone in a leadership position to address these issues and discuss what will be
done to make this right.

Friendly, Great Communication, Fast Completion. Same Address, New Home!

Every individual associated with this company has been kind, compassionate and understanding. We feel we received a great product, great price, great installation, great communication, and great customer service every step of the way. This is significant, because we had some personal issues during this process, and they worked with us until we were ready to proceed. These guys are all (truly - ALL of them!) so wonderful to deal with that I want to make them all personal friends. (I won't for their sake! :) ) But, that's how much they impressed us.

Everything was great from the sale to the finished project. My siding before home genius came out here was old and battered, but now it's beautiful and I love to look at it. Total upgrade for my house. This experience through and through was something I never thought I'd get from a contractor, everyone hears those stories. Anyway, top performance all around. 5 stars from me for sure.

I have had the pleasure of allowing Home Genius Exteriors put a whole new roof with the air filtration system and new gutters . The new roof stands out in the neighborhood! The craftsmanship and promptness is truly A++. Even right down to clean up the crew made sure that all debris and nails were clean up and any other construction materials were removed from the property. We are now waiting for our new Storm Doors to arrive to wrap it up. Thank you Home Genius. You really made our house look so much better!

Matthew came and inspected every part of my roof and showed me the issues in detail. He was friendly, thorough and very generous with his time. I was convinced that this was the company that could deliver a quality job!

Tyler, the Project Manager, was incredible! He was very professional, responsive and thorough. He made sure everything was running smoothly and earned my total confidence throughout! His goals were for the project to be a total success and to make me, the customer, happy. The customer service he offered was EXCEPTIONAL!!! (Thank you, Tyler!)

Finally, the crew that did the work, did so like a well oiled machine. Arnold was the Foreman and he, too, was impressive. The crew of 5 worked hard for more than 10 hours and got the job done in one day!

The young man, Nick, who came to our door first to ask if we would like a free estimate on replacing our roof was so kind and informative and patient with my questions. The consultant Ron who came to evaluate the roof and give us an estimate went above and beyond by examining the attic, spending a great amount of time explaining the process and showing us pictures from the attic and the roof. He too was very kind, patient, and took a great deal of time with us. He was also very respectful of our home The workers arrived on time and worked diligently until the work was complete, then cleaned up the area around our home very well. Anthony, the project manager, kept in touch with my husband throughout the day and he, too, was so kind, informative, and patient. Our roof looks beautiful !! The entire process was seamless and efficient and we have already shared our experience with others, recommending this company highly.

Customer service was great. We had a new roof a week after we submitted our deposit. The salesman was a little pushy. I wasn’t a fan. The price was reasonable. Company is reliable. The crews were professional.
