Don't hire Home Genius to do your roof and siding. First, the employees don't speak English, play loud music, and even show up wearing pajamas. The professionalism was the least of their issues. They damaged many things on my property and proceeded to claim it was not their fault. This included tearing 7 of the 9 screens, ripping the hot tub cover, breaking the garage window, getting a nail in our tire, and breaking an outside light. Just to name a few. I even had to buy a magnet roller to clean our yard and driveway. Despite all this, the roof is not complete, and the siding is crooked. They said they got the siding ''straight as they could'' after readjusting multiple times. They also did not hammer in all the nails on the roof. The cherry on top was the bill, which was much higher than the agreed-upon price. I wish I could go back in time and save myself the heartache.

They came out to do estimate for replacing the vinyl siding on my home. They looked over my home did all the measurements and sat down to do the estimate. Went over all the options and picked out my color. Then they give me an estimate of 10845.00 dollars and got ready to sign all the documents. Then the salesman called her supervisor

Excellent experience with Andrew and the rest of the crew at HGE! From the initial, no-pressure estimate to the final inspection, they were a pleasure to work with. The crew was very neat, clean, and organized, tidying up the entire site at the end of each day. They even went above and beyond to make sure no nails or debris were left in the grass. My new seamless gutters look great and the siding installation was top-notch. Quality work at a fair price! 5 STARS!!!

, then since i blocked number then they called meI was called at1:43 asked if I was interested in sliding I said no i am. so then they called me145 twice. then i was called 1.58,1.59, 2.01, 207,328,459, 511,5.39,5.42. I blocked the numbers they call me on 7024753565.the number they used to call me 4 times in 3 minutes 7027036071. then in 338 they used the 542 this evening that was. this company doesn't understand i am not interested. After reading the review plus what happen today with 14 calls. If they were the last company that does sliding I would not use them, In fact told them well i am off to tomorrow I am going to call all the numbers all day long.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing and far more stressful than it should have been. What was supposed to be a 3-4 day project according to the contract ended up taking about a month, mainly due to poor communication, delays, and lack of project management. Our gutters and downspouts were removed and left sitting in our yard for three weeks, and our home went over a month without gutters, which led to water intrusion during storms--something we had never experienced before. The initial soffit and fascia work was also done poorly and required multiple follow-ups before it was finally corrected. Throughout the entire process, communication was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to contact the company ourselves just to get updates or have issues addressed. Promised callbacks from management never happened, and at one point we were even told our bill might be sent to collections while we were still waiting for the company to return our calls regarding unresolved concerns. There were also basic professionalism issues, including trash left in our yard by the crew, including fast-food bags that my dogs got into. The only reason this review is not even worse is because Robert, the replacement project manager, eventually corrected the installation issues, and Phil later took the time to listen to our concerns and offer a partial discount. Unfortunately, that only happened after weeks of frustration and repeated attempts to get someone to respond. Overall, the experience showed serious issues with communication, scheduling, and project oversight. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company

Roof came out to be amazing and everything looks great! Home Genius Exteriors was very kind and quick. Highly Recommend

Lied to about job being done. Was promised all the blue trim would be white. Now saying soffit wasn’t included so underneath trim wasn’t fixed. But they replaced upper trim without replacing soffit in back of house.

They were very courteous and hardworking. Very skilled at what they did.

Quality install and quality product

Had appointment for an estimate. Text me everyday leading up to appointment to confirm appointment. Day of appointment called and said they were running behind 1 to 1 1/2hours. Waited and waited and they never showed. Called and they said they were going to be another hour. WTH. Not a good 1st impression.

We had Nick Gardner come out and give us a quote on our roof. He looked at roof inside and out. Took pictures and explained EVERY step of roof replacement. He showed us All the material that would be used. He was very polite (took his shoes off while in house). He never pressured us. Answered all our questions. WE highly recommend using Home Genius Exteriors for your next roofing project. 5star.

Following a similar sentiment to others, I’m sure this company performs their responsibilities very well given they have a flashy web site with listed 5 star reviews. However, I cannot get over pushy sales members that will not leave my property. It’s dinner time on a weekday and 20 degrees outside, please cut that crap out. “Just a quick call” - no. “Will your wife be here for the meeting?” - no. “That’s ok, just tell the scheduler she will be” - uhhh, sure man. Weird sales team, don’t recommend at all.

Team showed up on time and were very professional. Project Manager was in constant touch. Highly recommend- love my new roof

The crew arrived early, got right to work. Best part,no huge piles of waste on the ground. Cleaned as they worked, even using a magnet to insure no nails left on the ground. Finished the job by 4:00. I also had a shed done as well. Great crew, very professional. I was impressed by Jeremy, project manager. He arrived with the crew,and did a final walkabout at the end.
