My new windows got installed and they look amazing. The crew and everyone was amazing

The sale pitch was fantastic and thorough that I was confident we’d receive premium service and excellent communication with the project manager. We received nothing of the sort.
The company subcontracts the jobs which is fine however the crew we got did not have representation of Home Genius. No uniform or vehicles that stood for company. The project manager never contacted us or came to the site the day of installation. The subs that did the work were so disrespectful of our property. Debris was all over our landscape, in the neighbors yard. A ladder blew over and damaged the side of the house while they were on break and did nothing.

The project manager came to the site 2 days after installation and we express our unsatisfactory experience and he was receptive to our complaint and was committed to making it right. He promised us many things and we never heard from him again. I called and emailed where I submitted pictures of destroyed landscape and other damages that triggered a manager to reach out. They too promised us steps they would take to make it right and never heard from anyone again.

The installation date was October 20th and here we are November 8th and nothing has been resolved or no effort from Home Genius what so ever. I wish there was a zero star option as this is what they deserve. I would NEVER recommend Home Genius Exeteriors to anyone and if asked about them I would tell them not to be fooled by their aggressive sales and free inspection / estimate because you get nothing of what was sold to us.

I am very satisfied with my new gutters and gutter guards. The crew thar arrived and work tirelessly throughout the day into the evening hours. My project manager Dylan communicated very well and my dogs Hannah Mae and Christa and my cat Bebe all loved Dylan. I would use Home Genius for future projects and recommend to others.

If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would! They did an awesome job with my roof! Torres, the rep that came to help me get started with this project was very knowledgeable. Phil, the project manager kept in touch with me the whole way and made sure I knew what to expect. He made sure I was happy with the result before he left. The crew was nice, professional and timely with their work. They did not disappoint. I recommend this company for home repairs!

Install looks great job was one day and looks amazing now and the pm Michael was super helpful and made us very comfortabl.

Company can helped a lot while working I was able to check the progress of roof replacement done. Project manager Andrew was helpful. Sales person Greyson was knowledgeable. Roofers did good work in timely manner. Cleaned well after the work was done.

Excellent service and great people

Home Genius installed a very expensive but defective roof. Multiple inspectors found warped shingles. Home Genius refused to fix the problem.

Home Genius replaced the siding on our house. Other than some timing issues, mostly due to weather, it was a good experience. The project manager Ivan was very accommodating and polite. The onsite foreman Anthony did a great job. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent new roof. installers appear to have done good job with roof. Disappointed with completion though. Removed my $4000 gutter guards and left them on the ground. They said they wouldn't fit back on after new roof. Two managers agreed and said it wasn't the company's job.
I went up on the porch roof and they hadn't removed one section on the back though. I installed 2 pieces on the porch and they fit fine but being 73 and a disabled veteran I couldn't put them back and didn't have ladders or ability. Collected the guards up and called leaf filter to reinstall them but cost me $400 out of pocket. Leaf filter took less than an hour and replaced all the screws they had thrown away.
UPDATE. Manager contacted me and took care of the expenses very quickly. Roof job is fantastic.
