The Villa was not prepared properly
In addition if this is a luxury Villa we expect bath soaps in showers, no shampoo, no spare toilet rolls, no tissue boxes anywhere.
Oven was dirty black grease we could not use
We asked for cleaner she came after 3 days
Out door patio there are no moveable louvres- cannot sit there after 10.00 no shade— this is very serious
No curtains in living area so we had to use aircon to cool
We had to drive to shops to purchase bath soaps shampoos tissues kitchen paper etc
No internet on arrival
Took 3 days to get someone to fix
Just not the standard of housekeeping I expect in a luxury villa

We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Aria did not fully meet your expectations. The satisfaction of our customers is our main goal. Had we been aware of your concerns earlier, we would have assisted you immediately, as we did when addressing the Wi-Fi issue on a Sunday.
Regarding the points you mentioned, the villa features a 25-square-meter covered terrace that is completely shaded, along with six extra-large sun umbrellas. The furniture is indeed movable to suit your preferences. Also, guests receive a welcome basket that includes soap and other essentials for the first couple of days of the stay.

Home in Italy didn't provide much value
Perhaps this was unique to my villa, but Home in Italy actually made the experience worse than if I contracted directly with the villa myself. The villa concierge would have been better prepared for us and done a better job if we had been communicating directly, vs through a third party. For a less full-service venue, maybe the service Home in Italy offers is more useful.

La casa era perfetta, esattamente come promesso. Tutta l'organizzazione era efficiente e professionale e i contatti locali molto gentili e fantastici. Non mi devo mai preoccupare quando prenoto con Home in Italy perche' ci pensano a tutto e si assicurano che la tua vacanza e' veramente splendida e rilassante!
