Homematas Opiniones

Very professional from beginning to the end of the job Would definitely use again

Homematas came back to complete our en suite tiling (new build Redrow) with only shower tiled. Very neat and clean job, cannot see where original tiling ended and new tiling started- thank you Gary

We purchased our bathroom from Homematas in the summer of 2025, after visiting their lovely showroom in Bamber Bridge. The staff were very helpful and the purchase and delivery were spot on. Unfortunately, the installation (not carried out by Homematas fitters) and final fit of the bathroom were not as expected. There is a saying “We don’t learn much when everything goes right. We learn the most when things go wrong.” and we learnt that the staff at Homematas were exceptional in the way they handled the situation.

Without pointing fingers at who we believe to be at fault, most, if not all the problems where not of Homematas making. Never-the-less, they went way beyond what could reasonably be expected in rectifying the issues and we now have the beautiful bathroom we hoped for.

A big thank you to Joe for sorting this out for us.

One thing I would change if I were to do it again would be to have Homematas fitters do the installation.

Having found this store which is off the beaten track for us we were so pleased to find what we were looking for in some bathroom tiles. The service was excellent, informative & choice excellent

Absolutely brilliant, from start to finish did a fabulous job stuck by their promises and I now have a lovely lovely kitchen
Thank you guys

Homematas did a full bathroom refurb for us as well as updating our kitchen with new doors, handles, plinths, cornice, pelmet and flooring. The quality is exceptional, the service was excellent, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend to others!

What a fantastic company to work with from design to installation. My fitters Phil, Ty, Kirk and Alex turned up at the time promised. No shooting off to other jobs. They were polite, respectful and tidied up every day. Delighted with my bathroom, it is stunning. Thanks guys. Jeni

First class service from start to finish, I can't recommend the team enough !! Brendan surveyed our living room & provided invaluable advice on how to put right a poor job by a previous contractor. The showroom staff were extremely helpful when we chose our tiles & Gary & his team were fantastic completing the job. Arrived on time every day & made our life easy throughout. We are absolutely delighted with the final results ☺️👌 Liam & Deborah M

Hi,

Following my visit yesterday, to Homematas in Bamber Bridge Preston in my search for a single tile, to use as a splasback, I had a fantastic experience at Homematas, thanks to Joe’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Joe went above and beyond to assist us with my tile selection, offering honest advice without any pressure.

What really stood out was his generosity—he even gave me a free tile to take home and test in our space, which made all the difference in our decision-making. That small gesture showed he truly cares about the customer experience, not just making a sale.

Joe’s professionalism and kindness made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting Homematas—he’s a great example of what excellent service should look like, and an asset to your business.

Morgan and Joe in the showroom were very helpful and patient with us, from the start till the finish. The installation of our new bathroom was prompt and professional but at the same time friendly, Kirt and Phillip kept us updated on everything that was happening day by day and the workmanship from them both is exceptional.

We can highly recommend Homematas! Joe and Morgan were extremely helpful and friendly, they provided an exceptional service. The showroom is very impressive and we were spoilt for choice when choosing a bathroom and tiles. Thank you. Gillian & Graham

We visited a few kitchen showrooms but none were able to supply and fit a kitchen, flooring and tiles. A family member recommended Homematas so we gave them a try.
We can honestly say they were excellent from start to finish. Really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Great quality kitchen, appliances etc.,
Joe arrived on due day and worked really hard to give us the kitchen of our dreams.
All the staff were wonderful at Homematas and we would definitely recommend them. Thank you

We had our ensuite bathroom renovated by Homematas. We were very happy with the service from start to finish. Joe in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helped us to decide what we needed. The work was done quickly, cleanly and to a very high standard. The team were very professional and friendly and worked tirelessly. We would definitely use Homematas again.

This was my first visit to Homematas while looking for bathroom tiles. I was pleasantly surprised at the range and prices available. We chose wall and floor tiles and these were readily available from stock. I also ordered non-stock tile edging and, when it transpired that I'd got the wrong size, they quickly replaced it without any fuss.

On our tilers advice I ordered an additional box of each tile. Morgan worked hard to ensure that the additional tiles were from the same batch so they would match the existing tiles. When the bathroom was finished, however, and we had two full boxes left, Joe organised a credit quickly and easily.

I would recommend Homematas in an heartbeat. Thank you for providing great products and fantastic customer service !

Brilliant company - really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend Homematas. 5star+

Had a new bathroom fitted. Came and viewed the work.
Costed the job and showed us a digital plan of proposed work. Selected fixtures and fittings at company office. Agreed start date. All employees very helpful, polite, and trustworthy. We could not fault any of the work done. Everything top class, and would certainly use this firm again for other work.

My wife’s medical condition required our bathroom to be converted into a shower room and following a recommendation from a friend we went to Homematas. They turned out to be the most professional and trustworthy supplier we have ever used. The advice they gave and the materials supplied have been first class. We would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.

They have gone the extra mile to ensure that we have the special tiles that we want for our new house and their tiler very professional and patient with us. We fully recommend Homematas.

Excellent customer service from Joe. We were looking for tiles to match our new Kitchen and to be as close as possible to the worktop sample. Joe pointed us to the large range of ceramics they had in stock and found us the perfect match.
Big shout out to Joe and we are considering a new Bathroom fitting next year so we will defiantly be back for continued business.
Kind regards Mike & Donna.

First class experience, all staff at the showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable about the tiles I was buying, a big thankyou to Gary for fitting them, outstanding work, punctual and left kitchen clean and tidy
