Poor experience

Was looking for an Xmas present for my 7 year old granddaughter and found what I wanted through a link on Amazon. Ordered on the Company website which mentions supplying products in the UK & Europe. Actual products come direct from China, are poorly packaged and if you want to return, you pay all shipping costs!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!ORDERED FOR XMAS DIDNT ARRIVE ON THE DATE THEY SPECIFIED,SO EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL IT,THEY THEN SENT IT OUT 3WEEKS AFTER THAT EMAIL WAS SENT, THEY HAVE IGNORED 15 EMAILS,THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE BLIND AND PROVIDING NO SERVICE!!IM REPORTING THEM TO SPOTIFY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS LETS HOPE THEY GET STOPPED!!ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE SCHOCKING!!!!

Very poor experience with this company

I ordered a child’s toy on 1st Dec, shipping was supposed to be 7-12 days for this Christmas present. On 23 Dec I contacted them and said it hadn’t been delivered. Got an email saying they were very busy and would be in touch within 4 working days. Didn’t hear anything. Contacted them again on 10 Jan, got the same stock reply, but still had no one get back to me. Don’t know where my parcel is. The only way to contact this company is by email and it’s just a standard response which says ‘don’t contact us again or your message goes to the back of the queue’. I think this company is a scam - I have lost £34 and my grandchild missed out on his Xmas gift

I'd give NO stars if possible

I'd give NO stars if possible. I received items (two children's frames) which did not match the ones I ordered, and one of the frames was damaged. I've emailed this company three times with NO response. Avoid them at all costs; the items are cheap, misrepresented, and there is NO customer service.

Scam company

The my little masterpiece frame is made of plastic, super low quality. I have emailed to arrange a return but they have not replied. How do we get our money back? Is there anyone we can report them to? They are clearly a total scam company.

Dreadful company - AVOID

Dreadful company - poor customer service, poor delivery. poor products.

Despite paying £3.95 for delivery - it took nearly a month for the item to turn up.

When it did, it was of poor quality and half the order was missing.

No response from customer service.

Avoid at all Costs. These are Con Merchants

The item I purchased came very late (well after Christmas) and thus I needed to return. They threaten you on the email reply that if you contact them again you'll be pushed to the back of the queue but then they don't reply. These are charlatans and you should avoid at all costs.

Scam product!

Order took forever coming from China, never got a shipping estimate or any warning of the lead time. The frames don't fit a standard 8.5x11 sheet of paper! Poor quality, don't buy, these are a scam.

Impossible to speak to anyone

Accidentally ordered 2 of the same product, I have emailed 3 times and they never respond, impossible to get hold of. I also think the game (Mount Cleverest) must be a fake due to the amount of spelling mistakes in it.

Disgusting scum company

Disgusting scum company. A pillow cover that was quite pricey and was meant to be 100% cotton and hand painted is actually a badly printed sack of the worst synthetic fabric I have ever touched in my life. The order was made at the start of December and the site declared it would arrived by Christmas and it arrived today, ie 9 January. The company has a site that makes you think it is in the UK, uses aggressive Instagram advertising and it is a total scum. You receive ages later something of very bad quality, badly packed, from China. I do not think this is even legal and wonder how do I get my money back.

Bad, in every way.

Lied about availability for Christmas, arrived a week after and was the wrong item. Quality of the item shipped shows no correlation to website. No response from email 'support' and no recourse otherwise. Lesson learned. They use shopify for payments and I also reported them to shopify as they should do a better job of policing their clients.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, no reply to email to cancel item along with a thinly veiled threat that if you do email more than once you will go straight to the back of the queue. Hopeless delivery which you have to pay for, once i was informed that delivery would be 7 - 12 days (delivery via tortoise was it) I requested to cancel and as of today have never heard a single word from this bunch of inept people. You have been warned use at your own risk !!!!!

Awful company

Jingle Put Golf cost £32.99 and was a flimsy piece of awful cardboard. I immediately emailed them on the 11th of December and twice since and absolutely no response.

Avoid!!!!!
