Don’t buy! They lie and say their couriers deliver packages that are never received.

THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS!

Update: ITS NOW MARCH 2026 & still no refund & as you can see from their reply below they want me to send them my order number even though I already have & “JOE” their customer service rep stopped replying to my emails. They also blocked me on Instagram for trying to warn people that they’re scammers!

DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Paid in full for an order of 3 pairs of shoes of two different designs and one jacket in May 2024. Initially only received the jacket while the two pairs of shoes of the same design came a month after. The shoe boxes were flattened and crumbled.

Never received the third pair of shoes, and after a year's worth of inconsistent communication from the shop, we have yet to get any resolution to the problem. No shoes, no refund, and ghosted.

We bought 4 hoodies, received 3, poor quality, seams unstitched after only one wash

I'll be honest, I saw a lot of awful reviews just after I placed the order. But I was past the canceling time so I had to wait it out. I did not wait long because it got to me within 2 weeks. I ordered 2 because of the sale, so a girlfriend and I both have one. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! the jacket came in GREAT shape, it was not "costume" material like someone had posted previously. The eyes were perfectly fine, they were dots not lines. It's comfy. It's warm.
It's exactly how it was displayed on the website. I am extremely happy with the product. So was my friend, we wore them out to dinner the night we got them. I feel like the coolest adult with this jacket. Was def worth the time and money.

I don't know why they are rated so bad, I got my homer hoodie in good time and it fits great.. the quality for the price is amazing the stitching is so thick and well done.. I'll be ordering again

Edit: the item did get replaced with one with pupils and the customer service was awesome! The jacket is cheap and a knock off, the fabric does not look the same and it’s gross feeling against your skin. But the people behind the business are pretty nice.

I purchased a fleece on 12/22. I received a tracking number on 1/2 that didn't work at all. Then a few days pass by and on 1/6 I receive a new tracking number that works. However, the tracking number just says the parcel data has been received on 1/2/25. I email the company on 1/11 asking where my package is since there has been no updates. I receive an email from "Joe" saying that the order has been processed and to wait because there was a temporary out of stock situation I was never notified about. I emailed "Joe" back and was literally sent the same email again. So I guess whoever emailed me just said let me just copy and paste the same email and waste this customers time and most importantly money. This company is a joke. I haven't received any email back since I emailed on 1/16 to let Joe know he just copy and pasted an email response rather than actually answer me about the whereabouts of my package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT.

Update: the package was finally shipped out on 1/23....a whole month later. Now let's see if it actually arrives. Also, I never received any email back from "Joe" after the copy and paste email.

I ordered a bright green jacket with no embroidery on the chest and finally received my order with an ugly sage green jacket with their brand embroidered on the chest. They will not replace or refund because “that’s how they make them now”. They won’t publish any negative reviews on their website and only the positive ones. They delete all negative comments from their Facebook page as well. If you scroll through their posts you see the number of comments don’t match up with actual comments you see. I’ve seen people post problems and they disappear. Do not buy.

Every time, and I truly do mean every time, I wear my jacket, I get tons of compliments. 💚 Also the jacket is cozy warm and stylish. I love that there are adjustable bands also. Order made in early December which has still not arrived, tracking information has not been updated, customer services representatives are obstructive and unhelpful via email and direct messaging.
Profile online states London UK which is completely misleading when goods are coming from China. Dispute raised with payment provider and refund requested.
The fact that the company replied to this review more than 12 months after it was posted reinforces my points above.!

I didn't pay attention & bought a actual file for a 3d print. I wasn't aware what a stl was so I ordered 4. I should of paid more attention to it being a file instead of the actual coaster. I asked for a refund beings it was just a file and was told I wouldn't get that refund. It was apparent it was a mistake. Someone wouldn't order 4 of the same file. They have yet to respond to my last email asking for a refund for 3 out of the 4 beings I was only sent 1 file in the end. Not very good customer service.

Order shoes and jacket. I received the jacket, bad quality, and never received the adidas shoes . Customer service doesn’t respond me.

As mentioned by other customers who has written a negative reviews regarding products being sold by Homer Wear is true. DO NOT BUY from them as they are scammers.

First they provide a tracking number that has no details of ETA and it took nearly a month after numerous emails asking about the delivery. Then I received an email from Joe with another tracking number. When I received the products they do not look like the photos shown on their website and the worst one is the sponge holder as the print of Homer is really bad and has brownish substance on the printed Homer.

I emailed complaining about the product and ask if I could return it because the price they charged does not meet my expectation and sent a photo of the issue. Joe replied saying that after inspecting the photo, they believe there is no issue with the product and in "goodwill, they provided a 20% discount for the next purchase. I replied saying how can they say there is no issue with the product when they haven't received the product to see it for themselves. I said I will never purchase anything from them and the discount is not a goodwill . Then Joe replied saying he has escalated the issue and sent a replacement after I submit a dispute with PayPal. Still not happy with the product.

So avoid at all cost as they don't offer refund and that is a scam.
