Homeschooling and testing are a bit at odds for us but I view it as practice and a learning experience and an opportunity to practice anxiety management. Everything with this testing process supported that and the information I received at the end told me not only strengths/weaknesses but also where there was perhaps a bit of rushing so also what to work on with test taking skills.

Responsive customer service

This was great, it was not as stressful for my child as we thought it was goingbto be. He had a ruff year with his health and this test did not seem to make him stress as much.

The process was convenient, and easy to order and administer. The first day had a few kinks until we learned how long of a break was allowed before getting logged out and would need to be put back logged back in by the proctor. After the first day, it was a seamless testing process. I would use them again for sure.

I appreciated the quick response time of the Proctor. When our internet went out briefly, it could have been stressful for my student and me. Being able to text and have someone reassure me and set the test back up was a big relief!
