I mixed up which one of my kids had to take the test and they were able to fix it quickly. The instructions helped navigate it smoothly and my kids had no problem taking the test.

The people on the phone were fast, friendly, and very helpful. This made everything much less stress stressful.

This site made testing so much easier to navigate and less stressful overall for both my kids and myself. The customer service was very responsive and helped us solve an issue quickly. We will definitely use this test again next year!

My student seemed to take a lot of breaks, where the system would log him out, but every time I called in for help logging back in, the customer service person was nice, helpful, and spoke clear English!!! THANK YOU for hiring United States English speaking people!!! Such a blessing not getting frustrated because I can't understand what people are saying. :)

The sound did not work on our math test which made my student guess on some of the questions that were sound only.

I think everything else was easy enough from sign up to completion. I will be ordering again.

I love the fact we can take the test at home. She did wonderful. The test that improves with her and challenges her is what I was looking for. The time frame stated was exactly what it stated. No suprises during or before the test. I love that the results are emailed the next day. No waiting all week to get the results. Will be using homeachool boss in the future.
