I appreciated the quick response time…
I appreciated the quick response time of the Proctor. When our internet went out briefly, it could have been stressful for my student and me. Being able to text and have someone reassure me and set the test back up was a big relief!

Homeschool boss was easy to buy
Homeschool boss was easy to buy, log into, and take. My daughter (who is not computer literate) had a great first experience. It was even easy to reschedule my time slots when I had scheduling conflicts.

Excellent service
Reminders were great, instructions were very clear. Anytime I had a question or needed help, I was answered quickly. This was my first year homeschooling. I was intimidated by this process, but it was much easier than I imagined.

It was my son’s first time testing, he started kindergarten this year. Some things he didn’t know, simply because we haven’t learned them yet. It was an overall good test.

I found taking the tests to be an easy experience to sign up for and schedule. My son had no problem logging into his tests. Results came back within 24 hours and gave me the needed reports I needed.

The test closed out a couple of times
The test closed out a couple of times. Proctor was pretty quick at getting it resolved. A couple of the very long paragraphs/stories did not have a speaker button for it to read to my daughter (who is in kindergarten). Not sure if she was expected to know how to read the whole thing herself (which she is not able to do quite yet).
