Im so scared at this point I dont know what to do. I ordered a bart cart 2 weeks ago directly from their site. Fedex delivered the top and stated that was all they were shipped.the wooden box the marble top was placed has a big sticker on it shipment 1 of 2.Not only am i missing the cart but the marble top is stained and cracked across the entire surface. I emailed and sent photos immediately. I called this morning and spoke with a sales rep who was beyond rude and hung up in my face while im trying to ask questions about an eta in which a can expect a response. Cancelled my order within hours of placing the order. It was successfully canceled but some how got delivered anyway. Customer service contacted me once asking what u would like to do with it, I responded that they could pick it up. Then got a second email telling me I can keep it for a $90 discount or PAY to ship it back. I emailed them back that there was no way in h**** that I was coming out of my pocket for their mess up. It’s been 2 weeks and have not heard a word from them! So I’m not sure what’s going to happen! But I’m still waiting with 4 big heavy boxes sitting in my house

Ugh this has been a nightmare. I wish I read reviews first. Ordered a bed through Wal-Mart for my daughter. It came damaged. Actually it looks like it was damaged and attempted to be fixed but broke more before it got to me. I have had zero luck getting a response from anyone and when I called the sales line they hung up on me twice saying it was only for sales...good bye $350

While they show that they have good prices, their customer service is non-existent and their website sucks when you try to get information for a shipment. They can say they ship in 2-3 days, then you get an email saying 5-6 days and then you WON'T GET A REPLY after you emailed them a few times.
Their cancellation policy is a fraud. They make you email and call them but they never reply! They only answer their phone for sales calls (of course) but they do not have anyone on the phone to answer your call.
Read other reviews, there are a lot of people who have had the same experience that we had. Not worth saving $20-$50, deal with a company that has better reviews than this horrible company.
I ordered a four piece bedroom set…
I ordered a four piece bedroom set (through walmart) and when it arrived I found one of the door panels to the dresser was damaged. I called for a replacement door two times and during the second call (in three days) they had me on the phone waiting for damn near 30 minutes, before I just decided to just hang up. Now, I'm stuck with a damaged dresser (door) that I paid almost $800.00 dollars for and they wont talk to me and try and replace my door panel. I will not be ordering nothing else from them ever again.

Horrible company to deal with!!! Miss-advertise their products to get more money out of you. I purchased (or what I thought I purchased) was a 7 piece dining set with server. Wish I could post pics of the listing, description, etc to show the product was listed as a group set. The server arrived but not the table and chairs. After 3 emails in 7 days they replied that I purchased the server only! I paid close to $800! It is nice, but not almost $800 worth! Talk about highway robbery. I have 4 kids and just wanted a set that looked decent and to get me by until kids got older and then spend a little more money to get a set to last a lifetime. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

HORRIBLE company!!! I wish I would've read some of the reviews before my purchase. We ordered a pantry and it came with both sides cracked. Cannot get a hold of anybody in customer service. They do not return emails or voicemails and we still have no solution to the problem. Steer clear at all costs!!!
Very unhappy; won't order again
i wish i could give this no stars; i ordered a dresser received it later than told which is understood because of whats going on in the world HOWEVER, i received my dresser without one of the sides of it and I emailed the company four times requested the missing part twice and its been four days and I still have not received a response let alone the missing part.
the company requests that everything but sales is done via email which is fine but that means the company should respond to their emails.

I hate writing bad reviews but others should know about my experience with this company before deciding to purchase anything through them.
I made a purchase (large purchase) and the estimated delivery was about a week or two which was no big deal. The day before the last day of the estimated delivery dates I receive an email stating that my order was canceled with no explanation. Thank god they automatically refunded my money to my bank account. That was the only positive out of this.
I never received a phone call or an email explaining why the order was canceled or why it wasn’t canceled until the day before the last estimated time for delivery. I emailed their customer service immediately because it was a weekend, it has now been a week and I have yet to get any response explaining the situation.
I also went straight to wayfair and made the exact same big purchase I made from home square and my purchase was shipped the next day. There was no price difference at all. The reason I tried homesquare before wayfair was because at the time wayfair was out of stock on half of the purchase I was wanting to make while homesquare was not out of stock. I will never order anything from this company again and I hope that my experience and apparently everyone else’s experience who has left a review, helps anyone looking to buy anything from them.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! They shipped the wrong desk. It's been a month and still no response on how to resolve our issue. We've demanded a refund, but no one has reached out to resolve the mix up.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a bed frame from these guys and received only have of the order. I have contacted sears, fedex, and have tried to get ahold of these guys. It's been nothing but a run around. I've put a dispute on my card for this order and want to take the 4 pieces that was in the box right to sears and tell them to deal wit this.

I ordered this item only to receive half the bed after over 2 weeks of waiting that should have shipped in 3-7 days. The manufacturer cancelled the order 3 times before sending only the headboard and footboard nothing else. After not being able to contact anyone I finally got a person 2 days later and after several emails.The customer service said she would put a request into the manufacturer to inquire about the 2nd box that was never received and would hear back in a few days. She sent an email saying she had done so and would credit my purchase 10% for my trouble. I waited a couple extra days and called saying I still did not get the replacement parts nor any response. I was told they had to start the process again and wait 3 more days. I said what I did receive was damaged so I wanted a whole new bed. They said it was processed the next day in an email. Fed ex confirmed a tracking number but it was cancelled again by the manufacturer, then sent out again a few minutes later. Once again I received an email that they had shown only one package sent out and would try to contact the manufacturer to find information on the second part of the order. I got the 1st part of the order today and it is a second headboard and footboard. Now I have 2 headboardscsnd 2 footboard and never have received the rest of the bed. It has now been over a month and numerous emails and phone calls. Cymax and homesquare has awful customer service, and is a complete RIP off. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau about this and thank god I ordered thru Walmart.com who got me my refund on cancelling the order. I will order from a know furniture store. Stay away from this company.After this experience I have read numerous reviews of similar stories. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I found a perfect king bed on their site so I ordered it.
After several days I wanted to get a delivery estimate only to find out that one wasn't available for my order. I tried calling several times but there is no apparent way to speak to a human on the phone.
It turns out that the manufacturer had discontinued this item but they couldn't be bothered to tell me this, even after going through their customer support procedure of sending an email and hoping someone responds. I was able to cancel my order, but the charge went from 'pending' to 'current' - they charged my credit card the full amount when I cancelled the order. Their literature says 7-10 days to get a refund. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully this can be accelerated.

I ordered a living room set for my parents. 3 weeks later, no signs of delivery date. Every time I contact customer service, they tell me to be patient as they are trying to contact the manufacturer of the furniture. You cant really talk to anyone in the customer service team, you must email and wait 1-2 days for a response back. This is horrible way to do business. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.
