The web site was simply laid out and easy to follow. The process from initial viewing to completion of booking was very quick, and confirmation email arrived smartly.

It was very easy to book our holiday. Had no problems at all.

We booked a holiday home last September through Home to Go. The company who rented the home Belvilla then took over the booking.
The home was dirty, smelt of damp and dogs, had half the lightbulbs missing, no knives to cut bread. The BBQ was unusable. There was green algae all round the top of the pool, sun loungers unusable due to squirrels having ripped the cushions. Squirrels had got into the roof area and were constantly making noise every night. Foul smell from bathroom. No TV or wifi as broken. Then to top all this off we had a couple of mice run across the lounge floor in the evening. We left the property after 3 nights and sourced alternative accommodation.
Various emails were sent back and forth to Belvilla and the owners who both denied everything we said, basically called us liars and refused to refund any of the monies we paid. Would certainly not rec9mmend Belvilla or the home in Tournais D Angenais in France.
We were looking forward to a lovely rural escape to the country and all we got was a whole load of headache.

found what we needed - self-catering accomm very close to the care home my Dad is moving into. reasonable price too.

Easy to book but website. Information clear and generally lots of detail. Scrolling through Website can be a bit clunky at times.

I was just looking for a cheap getaway for my 66th birthday, foreign holidays are getting too expensive due to aviation fuel costs, so I decided to spend my money in the UK. This place was near enough to drive, right price and easy to book. Job done!

The filters made searching for the perfect holiday home for our group a breeze. There is a super range of homes. I like the way the availability calendar calculates the price.
When I came to pay there was no option for a deposit and I had to pay in full. The price was slightly more than specified.
I was surprised that the booking then went through to Sykes. Paying in full triggered all the info you would need close to departure. I hope I can find them when needed.

Easy to navigate and gain information. Some well priced properties in comparison to other sites.

I love this app it's so easy to use, I feel safe when using it never had any problems getting my money back when I've had to cancel. There are so many beautiful homes. I have a family of 11 and it's great for booking big homes so we can all get together. I recommend this app to everyone once you have tried it once you will be useing it all the time.
