I've always been insecure about my back and face since I was 12. I never had the time or chance to check in with a dermatologist, but Honeydew makes it easy for you where you can go your own pace! The fact that I can chat with my provider at any time with a quick response has been a big help in seeing a faster process. Thank you guys so much for making me feel confident in my skin again!

I am very happy that I chose Honeydew for my skin care journey. The set up with meeting with your provider in the beginning was something I’ve never experienced before and it was very helpful. Even though everything is over the phone that interaction made it feel personal and helpful with moving forward in my skincare journey.

As someone who loves efficiency, the way Honeydew is set up makes my life so much easier, since they are quick in responding and consultations are all online which saves me so much time! And it’s quite easy.

The care team and my provider are very helpful and so nice, I feel so comfortable all the time! They truly care about your journey and making sure your seeing the progress you want, as well as making adjustments to your plan if your not liking what your using!

My experience so far has been very smooth. I am still early in my treatment. Kaitlynn, with Honeydew’s care team, has been there to answer all of my questions & super quick. Overall I am satisfied so far with my experience. I hope it continues to be a success.

I think this is one of the most straight forward companies regarding skin care that you can use. My care provider has been very helpful and answers within the hour everytime.very helpful very simple. I usually don’t write reviews but I think they deserve it.

I have suffered from psoriasis for 20 years. With no health insurance, Honeydew gave me affordable access to medication that has truly made a difference in my quality of life. The care team is prompt and my provider knew exactly what would work. My skin was all clear after several months. So happy!

I’ve enjoyed the care I have received with the providers at HoneyDew. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. While I am still having trouble with my acne, my providers have worked to create a new individualized treatment plan for my skin needs. It is an affordable alternative to any dermatologist. Highly recommend!

I never go to drs because my insurance sucks and they lack price transparency but Honeydew makes me comfortable seeking care without feeling like I am about to be financially extorted. Their prices are very reasonable and upfront which is rare these days. I appreciate their gentle reminders for any upcoming tasks or labwork that I need to look forward to. Their care team is very quick to respond and always answers my questions with clarity. They go above and beyond in finding solutions to help my skin issues. I am a few months into my treatment and I already see such an improvement in my skin and confidence.

My nurse practitioner and care coordinator have been wonderful so far. Honeydew makes everything incredibly easy and affordable. Even though I have insurance, I prefer getting my acne treatment through Honeydew because it’s so much more convenient than waiting for a referral and taking time off work to see a dermatologist in person—not to mention the added copay. I highly recommend them.

Despite starting their communication by saying they “didn’t want to make things difficult,” that is exactly what Honey Dew did at every turn. Instead of making the process smooth or helpful, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I have been a registered nurse for 20 years and have dealt with plenty of poorly run medical offices—but this company takes the cake. The lack of professionalism and genuine patient care is shocking. Thankfully, this only affected me and not an actual patient under my care.

It’s clear this company is more focused on making a dollar than helping people. I will be finding a new dermatologist who actually prioritizes patient care, and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who asks.

Well first of all , I am very grateful for finding honeydewcare the price was very attractive.It's like going to a regular dermatologist office accept the price is much less.You get an entire year of wonderful service for a fixed price. Simply take care of all the details in the beginning and then it's just smooth sailing for the whole year. you have a doctor at your fingertips. I am extremely pleased with the service and kindness of the doctors and staff. They quickly acknowledged my problem, and I am extremely happy with the results.I've been with them for 9 months. Honeydew has been an easy and stress-free experience guiding me through my Accutane journey. My care coordinator Alexia is so incredibly responsive anytime I have a question I just message her and she or my provider Emily (who is also wonderful) get back to me faster than any doctor has ever gotten back to me before. This process has been painless, which I know a lot of people don’t experience on their Accutane journey.

Honeydew has been wonderful for me and my eczema. I have had eczema ever since I could remember, recently it had gotten overwhelming on my fingers and hands. Anytime I would wash dishes, shower, just move my fingers the skin would crack and be extremely itchy and painful. Since finding Honeydew my eczema has done a complete 180! The wonderful team who has been working with me have been nothing but amazing and so sweet through everything. I would absolutely recommend these people to anyone who is struggling with skin issues especially if you live in the middle of nowhere, where the closest dermatologist is over an hour away. They made getting care so much easier and way less stressful!

Honeydew has been a great experience so far! I am just beginning my journey with accutane and the care coordinator and care team have been extremely helpful during the run-in period working with ipledge, labs, pharmacy, etc. They have been very communicative and are willing to help with any question or roadblock that may arise. Can't wait to see the results!

I have had severe acne since I was 13 years old and I just started with honeydew at 20 years old and in just under 3 months I am already seeing what years of cream, and ointments could not do. My face is clearing up and it’s only getting better by the day. Honeydew is definitely worth it!

This has been the easiest medical experience I have had with a provider. I have seen over 5 doctors about the issues with my skin. I've suffered for decades with psorasis on my hands, elbows, knees, feet. Im an avid gardener, work out everyday, and overall a very active person. I had gotten to a point where I had given up getting help. My husband encouraged me to try one more time, and I'm glad I did. The doctor actually listened to my concerns. I was able to advocate for myself without feeling judged. I was heard for the first time. She put me on a medication I had asked to try, and within this first month my skin is almost completely clear after over a decade. The PA team and my care specialist have went above and beyond to help me. They answer all of my questions and my issues are handled not only the same day, but I haven't had to wait over 10 minutes for them to be on it. They were able to find me discounts and have communicated my care plan every step of the way. I couldnt be happier. I'll also add that there was very little time between requesting an appointment and getting one. I waited less than a week. No referrals, no seeing multiple people. A true one stop shop for my skin. I am so grateful for this team!
