I have just begun my Accutane journey via Honeydew. I have had years of stubborn acne, and even more stubborn dermatologists who refused to treat the root cause of my acne. I am so grateful to have found Honeydew! Kaitlynn L has been the best care coordinator I could have asked for. She is prompt with responses and goes above and beyond to find solutions to ensure a pleasurable experience. For example, I reached out to her with concern over the price of my acne medication with insurance. She provided a GoodRx coupon that reduced the cost even more. She contacted my pharmacy to ensure the coupon would be honored. I am so happy to have found you all. Thank you, more than you know!

Signed up specifically for Accutane…
Signed up specifically for Accutane treatment, was billed on January 18th, and shortly after was taken off Accutane due to mildly elevated labs without being given the option to repeat testing after rest. I explained that heavy training likely influenced the results and requested to continue, but was refused. Instead, they tried to switch me to basic topical treatments that I did not sign up for.
I had not used the service and did not receive the treatment I paid for. This felt like a bait-and-switch and very impersonal care. Would not recommend if you are seeking real Accutane management

Six Days for a Simple Refund – Absolutely Unacceptable
I've spent the last six days trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue: getting a refund and restarting a 6-month membership.
The customer service experience has been nothing short of terrible. Response times are excessively long, and every interaction feels like it's starting from zero with no continuity or understanding of the previous exchanges.
What really sealed the deal for me was the complete lack of urgency or care in resolving a simple customer request. Six days of back-and-forth for something that should take one email exchange is ridiculous.
I've ultimately decided to cancel entirely and request a full refund rather than continue dealing with this level of service. If a company can't handle basic customer inquiries efficiently, I have zero confidence in their ability to deliver on their actual product or service.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. There are plenty of competitors who actually value their customers' time. Company buys reviews from people promising discounts. DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU SEE
It is a nightmare to cancel your membership!!!!!
Please note that there's an extra 25 dollars fee on top of the monthly/yearly membership for Accutane.On their website, it said "$25/month extra for Accutane management, IF prescribed".
I do not believe pharmacists or doctors are allowed to prescribe medication until they've received my second pregnancy test. Yet, I was charged this fee despite being on my iPledge waiting period.
When I emailed to inquire, they explained that you will have to pay this extra $25 fee even when you aren't prescribed medication yet, which is contrary to their website.
I emailed them to cancel my membership and get refunded. They ghosted me for several days and proceeded to charge me another $25 dollars on January 18th. I called them today (Jan 20) three times, all they did was say that they are unable to hear me and that I should plan to call back.
For the last 7 years I’ve had…
For the last 7 years I’ve had persistent acne and breakouts, I’ve tried a lot of products including benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin, salicylic acid, and many more with no luck. Finally, my last option was accutane in which I turned towards Honeydew. As of 6 months in my accutane and 7 years of acne, journey I could gladly say I no longer have any acne or breakouts. Not only was Honeydew effective but also affordable, and I’d highly recommend this site to everyone who continues to struggle with persistent acne.

I'm 29 y.o., with light-to-moderate acne that's very persistent. I'm really tired of topical treatments that don't work and of dermatologists who are scared of isotretinoin. Initially, I was afraid of being rejected because my case didn't look severe enough (I had a similar experience in the past). However, I didn't have time periods with clear skin, really bad exacerbations time to time, and my mental state wasn't good because of it. Now it's my 4th month of treatment, and I feel so stupid that I haven't started it earlier.
I haven't had issues with Honeydew yet. (Except once with a minor prescription delay before the holidays. But my coordinator is absolutely great and resolved everything quickly!)
My provider helps a lot with managing adverse effects.
I don't need to think about the process at all - just make photos, answer questions once a month, and get my pills. The beginning, with urine/blood tests, was a little nerve-wracking, but the team did as much as possible to reduce the stress. Honestly, only my pharmacy makes trouble, not Honeydew.
You can't imagine how much better I feel now mentally. And this is entirely to their credit. I wish Honeydew luck; they are doing a really good job!

Very good communication, meds arrived in a timely manner, there was an issue on the iPLEDGE end, and they did everything they could to help me get it resolved asap, so far very pleased overall.

I have had a wonderful experience so far! Very responsive and they really take the time to walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. Also very convenient that everything is online if you have a busy schedule like me, you get email and text reminders if there’s a notification or action needed.
No customer service, especially when it comes to cancelling
I purchased a membership right after my free consult before realizing I wasn’t a good fit for accutane. I have been emailing the support, membership, and info honeydew emails for WEEKS and no one has even responded to me. Do not go with this company.

What made my experience great was how fast and easy it was to get prescribed Accutane. For me at least it was a 15 min process max just mostly asking for health information and pictures of your starting point. A other thing that was great was the care coordinators which were there for me whenever I needed them and helped explain the process to me. Overall 10/10 experience would recommend to anyone who wants to go on Accutane but does not want to wait 6 + months for a dermatologist.
Finally! Some real progress!
I’ve been using Honeydew for 6 months now. About me: 27 y/o female. For the past 6-7 years I’ve struggled with acne so severely that it led me to multiple dermatologists, various med spas & Aesthetician’s. At one point I was so convinced that there had to be a bigger root cause- I got lab work done for hormones, food allergies, and had tried several remedies through the years- and ultimately never really saw results, while continuing to spend a lot of time and money!!! Honeydew has been the best at giving me true, consistent improved skin. I can hardly believe how much improvement I’ve seen when I look back on my chart history and look at my photo submissions of the past approximately 6 months. I will continue to use this service, and would feel comfortable recommending it to anybody who is looking for great care & convenience.
