Poor condition poor quality battery and function

I'm reviewing AGAIN. I bought TWO! Had a little problem with a screw. They sent me a replacement SET of screws and fresh Alan keys incase- which arrived promptly within a 48h period - from the time I informedthem about the little problem. Great after sale service!

Item was well packaged and delivered on time . They forgot to put charger and instructions in the box , when phones and told they arranged for these to be sent out

Ordered, paid. Plenty of communication to let me know what was happening regarding delivery. Delivery notice came through with delivery man’s name, timing and date. All went brilliant. Thank you

Come straight away and was cheaper than evryone else, im tslking next day shizzle, don't be put off by the cockney slang hookies these scooters legit i got my second one duel suspension aovo pro and 1/3 what was on amazon which i would of gone with if they hadn't run outa stock and was still 70 quid cheaper from hoookies....wooo

The scooter was lost with the delivery provider and I was told it was delivered when it wasn't I'm sure my item has bin taken out the box and has bin used .it arrived absolutely filthy witch I think is shocking even refurbished it should come clean.but the company did help me find my item off the delivery company witch was a massive help as I didn't receive any correspondence off them at all.so a big thanks to hookies.
