Customer Service is exemplary
Our scooter arrived very quickly, but as a complete novice about scooters and what my sons needs were, it wasn't quite what we were looking for. Craig, was very helpful throughout with advice and such and had the original one collected straight away at no extra cost and the new one arrived the next day! I was astounded by such amazing customer service. It is a very, very rare thing these days! Thank you so much Hookies.

Never got what I ordered
Never got what I ordered, just stress and a wasted week, I still haven’t bought one because I’m not sure I can trust the internet , the manager was a nice man though and made sure I was reimbursed, I think it might be dodgy couriers
