I had an order that included my military status as a veteran but I did not receive the appropriate discount. My initial inquiry fell through the cracks but as soon as I followed up I received immediate attention and the proper credit was issued to my account. Product ships from China
This is a Chinese company with no customer service response. Website doesn't mention that the product ships from China. After I ordered it it took them 6 days to ship it from China and I have no idea when it gets here. So the special day if the person I was sending it to will be long gone.

Last year my husband purchased this ring for me. I loved it and the saying. I wear it everyday. About a month ago I noticed the black color was starting to fade. I contacted the company and after sending them pictures of the ring they immediately said they would send me a replacement. They were prompt in responding and sending me a new ring. Very satisfied with their customer service.

A Perfect Gift for a Young Girl
The ring took a while to ship, (but then we're all spoiled with Amazons speed) however I was very happy with the packaging and quality! My grandnieces' Mom is VERY fussy about the metal used for kids jewelry but the stainless steel passed muster! I sent it to my 10 year old grandniece in Denver and she loved it! I love Hope Rings! I found them by accident but am really glad I did. I have purchased Hope Rings to help my sisters and I deal with losing our mom - Just Breathe ring - and it helped tremendously.
