I wish I read these reviews before buying, very poor quality !
Does not match the description!
I bought as a present, ow I have to buy something else. I wrote to the customer service and still to receive a response! Do not buy from this company!

I ordered ring and it arrived damaged. They refused to refund until I'd taken photos as proof and returned it to them (in Australia). The postage cost me £17.50 which they are refusing to cover as it's not in their policy to refund postage. Basically I'm £17.50 out of pocket because of their damaged product. Customer service do not want to know!!! Shocking scamming innocent customers.

so dissapointed, loved the ring and was happy with my purchase for myself and 2 friends as gift, i loved that it could size to any finger, but for rings that were not that cheap to buy, they are certainly NOT silver, i dont even think silver plated, 4 weeks and my thumb turns green when i wear it, its like copper or some other cheap metal, i recommend you do not buy if you are looking for a quality product!

Very poor quality and extremely expensive returns

I bought their 2 for £38 promotion and I honestly couldn’t believe the quality of what arrived.

The rings I received look and feel like very cheap, dark-coloured metal, despite being advertised as sterling silver. The finish is extremely poor, the edges are so rough that they actually hurt my finger when I put the ring on, and the ring isn’t properly adjustable either.

I contacted the company immediately because I simply cannot wear them. Their solution? If I want a full refund, I have to return them to Australia at my own expense. I checked the cost of tracked postage from the UK and it is £17.50 - almost half the value of my entire order.

The products I received look nothing like the quality suggested by their advertising, and then the cost of returning them makes obtaining a refund ridiculously expensive.

I would strongly recommend checking the return arrangements and where returns have to be sent before ordering. I certainly wish I had.

Such a terrible company and useless product. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering- ring is huge, no adjustment room. It arrived ridiculously late and customer service is all AI. DO NOT USE THEM

I placed my order for the 'swim against the current' ring 22 Aug and it arrived today 12 September. Not too long I guess - I had forgotten part of my address - contacted them x3 to add it, although they replied promptly - didn't confirm it had been done so it was actually a nice surprise it made it! I had braced myself to receive nothing at all!
The presentation box is a bit battered, although it was well-wrapped but the ring is really pretty and it comes with a card with the lovely verse on.
So far, so good but I haven't worn it yet so am anticipating it to turn black like so many reviews have said!!!!! x

Absolutely rip off. I ordered3 rings for me & my teenage granddaughters for their graduation. They are advertised as being adjustable. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The rings were all the same size. Would fit a man’s hand. It even fell off of my thumb.
I have sent back to get a refund. Cost me £24 in postage. They have been a nightmare to deal with. Awful company!

Shocking quality. The ring i ordered for a gift for my daughter’s birthday was nothing like the highly polished example on their website. It was dull, disfigured and would likely only fit King Kong, even on the smallest setting. No female finger could possibly keep this on, it was far too big.

I asked for a refund and return note only to be told I would have to suck up the return costs to Australia myself. Total waste of time. Should have checked reviews first. Lesson learned. Avoid this company. What you receive will likely not match the perfectly polished image on their website. 😡

I wish I’d checked here before ordering! I agree with everything that’s been said. If I’d realised it was tat made and shipped from China I wouldn’t have bothered. I also wish I had read their refund policy - it says that customers are responsible for the shipping costs if returned - to Australia! So if I were to get my £30 back it will cost me at least £15 to ship it back. I believe this is a deliberate ploy to discourage refunds. I bought this with money from selling my wedding ring after divorce so I’d have something positive but that’s not what I received! Avoid!

Ring arrived. Absolutely huge even allowing for adjustability. Barely see the detail. Quality cheap and nasty.
Return to Australia at a cost of £17.50 as Clever Jewelry insist on tracked return.

Do not waste your money

Item was v poor quality and too big (it's an adjustable ring but already at tightest setting). I emailed to request a return and they said I had to ship to Australia at my expense which I'm not going to do.

Very poor quality, dull, tacky and with an expensive returns process with such intricate conditions that made me doubt I'd ever see the money. This firm is not to be trusted! I

I received one of this company's rings for my birthday (although I chose it myself). Shockingly bad quality; the allegedly high-quality plate wore off in a couple of months, but as I didn't raise the issue until this week, I won't get a refund or replacement. Avoid at all costs.

Item received was not as shown/described. I also received the wrong card (Granddaughter instead of Niece). When I contacted them to resolve this, they offered a replacement card OR a 10% refund. Neither have been received. Seven weeks later, the issue is still unresolved and they have stopped replying to my emails.

I really liked the forest and mountain ring, which kept popping up on my feed, so I treated myself. Only after did I read these reviews! I held my breath and hoped it would arrive and be ok.
It is! I am really pleased with it. Only docked a star because I am not convinced about the quality of the metal, so I will always take it off before showers or swims, but it looks exactly as on the website and looks/feels lovely.

I purchase 2 Big Sis little Sis bracelets . Tarnished within weeks . Very poor quality and when i wrote to their customers services i was told unable to offer a refund or replacement as i am outside the 60 day warranty period . Disposable jewellery . - Can only be worn for 60 days . i will never buy from this company again

Finger turns green after one day.

I purchased a ring from Clever Jewelry as a gift. It was kept in its original packaging until April 26th, but after only TWO WEEKS of wear, the plating has completely failed, leaving a green mark on my sister's skin.
Their website explicitly promises "ABSOLUTELY NO TARNISHING" and "no green skin". When I contacted support with photographic evidence of the defect, they gave me a generic "brush-off" email claiming I am outside of a 60-day warranty window.
They are completely ignoring the fact that the product is faulty, not as described, and failed their own durability claims within 14 days of use.

Avoid this company if you are looking for "lasting jewelry" as they claim—it is poor quality and the customer service is even worse. I am now forced to escalate this through my bank.

Absolutely shocking, received my bracelet after two weeks it looked nothing like the picture on the website, poor quality and dull stones. I contacted them about my dissatisfaction and each time received a generic email response back saying I could return the item at my expense !!!!AVOID THIS COMPANY
