I ordered three items on the Sunday and the following Friday one item was delivered. I understood all would be delivered together.

Very quick delivery and the customer being kept up to date if an item ordered is out of stock at that time .got a phone call from a lovely man explaining this and when the item would be in stock and sent out straight away. Definitely will buy from this garden centre again

Order took over a week for delivery and…
Order took over a week for delivery and then only part of the order arrived, which would be ok if there was an email stating same or note saying rest of the order to follow. I had to ring to find out this information. As yet I have not received the rest of the order. I must say that any previous orders were dispatched promptly l had no problems
