Absolutely awesome service. Sourced me a DJ 41mm Mint Green with Fluted Jubilee and was extremely efficient. Lovely team and would definitely buy from here again. I had the package posted, tracked, insured and signed for - which gave me plenty of confidence as I wasn’t in London to collect in person.

From first contact Billy was great, nothing was to much of a issue after getting home I noticed the watch was slightly to tight, he organised 2x brand new links to be sent first class the very next morning, he was approachable and professional, will definitely bring using them again for future watches. Was messaging billy at Horology watches for a certain watch I was after, he managed to source it for me and opened up on a Sunday for us to come down and have a look as we couldn’t get down before because of my work commitments.
Billy made me feel comfortable and at easy and didn’t make me feel pressure into buying anything, he said try all different watches on, take pictures go away and think about it.
In the end I bought a watch I didn’t go in for and didn’t think I would like but I love it and it’s perfect for me.

The watch I purchased is absolutely stunning, in excellent condition. I was trying to source this watch for a while as it was discontinued in 2012 and hard to find a good one.
