Our free hosting offer is exclusively for Sri Lankans, as we need to verify the identity of our users for legal reasons. We have clearly mentioned that in our tos. We can only verify Sri Lankan citizens with their national ID cards. Other users will have to make a payment through our payment providers to verify themselves.
