Arrogant customer support that is not really interested in you or answer question. The lack of interest in me as a customer that can give them a new property to rent makes me question everything about this company

Utrolig uprofessionel og meget lidt fleksibel virksomhed. Tager sig dyrt betalt - men er ikke gode til optimering af priser ift. belægning, rengøring er ofte meget mangelfuld, ligesom de ikke kan håndtere en-dags bookninger og ikke besøgende med kort varsel

Only complain might be that the net income is not more than half pr day before Covid 19 / another operator.

Wether this is due to the market or a price-policy I don´t agree with is unclear to me.
I miss a more regular update on the market, specificly for the segment my appartement is in.

I’ve been using hostminded for several years now and it’s changed the way I travel. Whenever I go on a trip, they facilitate that my apartment is rented out on Airbnb or other such platforms and take care of the practicalities.
This means that I travel more and when I come back everything is spotless. Highly recommended!
