Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I had reserved a room many months before via their website and confirmed it by phone. However, just a few days before the booked date, they sent me a Whatsaap saying that I had to rebook the room. When I went to their website the prices had more than doubled. I then booked a room via booking.com. at a better price and the hotel then said that my card was not accepted (no reason) . I have used the same card to book hotels with booking.com before (and now after) without problems. Obviously Camino de Estrellas Hotel in Mondoñedo had increased their prices and did not want to honour the price advertised and agreed several months ago. Also very rude when eventually managed to contact them via WhatsApp. Would no answer the phone calls. Have niw booked another hotel in the same town via booking.com with the same card and no hustle whatsoever.
