The comcater regional manager was brazenly rude, disrespectful, unmindful and inconsiderate towards us. We would not trust such a supplier to look after us - if they can't even manage early expectations and impressions, how can they be trusted to take on the liabilities relating to warranties and service. They are also known for their aggressive takedown of reviews, making it seem like they don't want to take accountability. They should not attempt to contact us - the damage has been done and we will not reconsider this review. Any further pestering of us will just make it worse.

We had a vertical toaster repaired by comcater. After taking 8 weeks and numerous phone calls where we were told the repair would be ready and it wasn’t, it was finally completed. The same day when we began using it the new thermo kit they had installed was done so incorrectly and the toaster burnt everything put through it on the lowest setting. After calling them they said they could not get a technician out until the next week. When the technician arrived they replaced the already replaced thermo kit to fix the issue. They then attempted to charge us both for the call out fee and the replacement thermometer. After challenging it they dropped the call out fee but refused to drop the fee for the replacement part.
So after charging us for the part that they had installed incorrectly and burnt out themselves, they again charged us for a new part to replace their faulty work. We have operated a hospitality business for a decade and I have never experienced worse customer service, it’s simply mind blowing a company of this size would operate so poorly. Don’t bother.
