Fire advertised as in stock on a 1-3 day delivery paid £449 to then be told 7-14 days contacted after 8 days for update to be told over 6 weeks wait from original purchase date!
Shocking

From going into the showroom where Kirsty and Ben were very helpful ,not pushy at all, very informative and polite, choosing our install and date of install the process was seamless. On day of install the installers were again polite , friendly courteous and professional. Very happy with the work carried out and the end result.

Fire turned up in good time and with all items included. It’s also working well.
However, it wasn’t clear in the product description that the Art Deco front panel had to be removed whenever fire is in use revealing a plain old electric box: it looked like a grill with holes on photos but is actually a solid piece.

Your service and product were fantastic, having the switches at the side of the fire instead of under the canopy is brilliant for somebody who is not so good on their feet. After I placed the order with you I found another company who were £20.00 cheaper than you, but Im still very pleased.

Product was great and as advertised. It was difficult/not possible to set delivery address different from billing address, this is essential to me as I am a gas engineer purchasing on behalf of clients. Also DPD only informed me of the 1 hour delivery slot 4 hours before delivery, there was no prior notification, this is not unusual for DPD.
