Fabulous fire, looks good and heats room so fast, front fascia wasn't delivered with fire, but came by DPD on the day of fitting, so all good.

Ordered a gas stove
Ordered a gas stove. Wrong stove delivered.Arranged collection and refund because the price for the correct stove was way more than I was Originally quoted.Took time off work and stayed in all day for collection and they didn’t come. Now waiting for a call to arrange an alternative date for collection.
Also online sales team and telephone sales teams are different so it is not possible to sort issues on the phone because “the online team don’t work the phones”

Your review is not factually correct.
We did not deliver the wrong stove. You placed an order online for a conventional flue gas stove when you actually needed a balanced flue stove.
Balanced flue gas stoves are far more complex than standard conventional flue gas stoves and also require an additional balanced flue kit so therefore more expensive. When we made you aware of the price difference of the balanced flue stove which you should have ordered, you stated that you weren’t prepared to pay that amount and we advised we would arrange for a collection and refund.
We enquired which day would be best for collection and you stated any day would be fine. We did arrange with the couriers for collection on Friday but for some reason (which we are still looking into), this did not take place and we apologise for the inconvenience.
We have contacted the courier company this weekend and requested that they contact you directly to confirm a suitable day for the collection.
Also, our online and telephone sales teams are the same department. We do have a small number of staff who deal solely with email enquiries and do not answer calls, however, anyone calling us can discuss their orders whether they placed the order online themselves or over the phone with one of our team.

Ben and the team have been fantastic from start to finish!
Expert knowledge and advice given when choosing the Stove along with all the technical support we required before fitting.
We had to push fitting back on three occasions due to ongoing building work, but this was never a problem or issue.
Installers were very helpful and professional and 5* service and highly recommend the guys at the Heat Depot and Hotprice.co.uk

Amazing company and employees.
From the first visit to the Flames showroom in Middleton to the actual installation, the company and employees have been outstanding.
Kirsty assisted us on our two visits to the showroom and was knowledgable, helpful and patient. An absolute credit as a sales person.
The installers Dermot and James were incredible. The whole room was sheeted off, as was the driveway to protect it. It was a hot day and heavy hard work but the pace and professionalism of both was outstanding. Dermot checked every detail with us and was so helpful with advice. Both were respectful to the house and were a pleasure to deal with.
I had a query after installation and spoke to Ben in the showroom and again he was so helpful with paint recommendations.
The company and employees are above and beyond and I can not recommend them highly enough.
The finished installation is beautiful and does exactly what we wanted.

Excellent service throughout the process..
This is the second time I have used Hotprice first time was an open fire which has been fab and used a lot. We opted for a log burner and again I can't fault the service. From the first visit to the show room where a relaxed customer service works well is delivered with a good choice of fires and prices. Then the process of getting the right fit, Ben even helped us with advice on building the chimney breast with some great ideas he was faultless we changed the fitting date a few times and he just went with the flow. It was fitted yesterday by Dermot and his lovely team and again full of knowledge and professionalism. I normally don't write reviews but really couldn't resist. We couldn't of asked for better service and most of all depth of knowledge esp on safety which is so important when you are buying something so important. Thanks again Gill
