Delivery was quick from ordering on line,love the radiators

Very quick delivery and customer services were very helpful

🚩 2 out of 3 radiators damaged though, packaging was bad on those two. Probably did not go through Quality Check prior to dispatch.

✅️ After sales communication is great, prompt replies and actions. They offered a partial refund for the damages but i opted to get them replaced.

✅️ 2 radiators delivered in perfect condition after a few days of them picking up the old ones.

4/5* for me for the hassle and delays.

Excellent quality radiators, excellent prices and fast delivery. I ordered a few radiators from here a couple of weeks back as I thought they may not be that great as the price was too good to be true. (I've been stung too many times before) I was wrong, they were excellent quality, so I ordered the rest Friday and they arrived today (Monday morning). I have used more expensive companies in the past for these traditional radiators and theirs were no different, apart from the price. I can't wait to start the next project so I can buy more :)

Quality looks good and delivered within a reasonable time by Yodel who i would reconsider as parcels were damaged,fortunately the radiators are protected very well

Terrible customer service. Whole order arrived badly damaged to all boxes of radiators. packaging was open at end and protective supports all coming loose out of pack.

Valve bag was compltley ripped open. Valves literally were rolling in the back of DX delivery van. Parts were missing from this also.

I have been trying to get them to return items and exchange but after several days still no success. Will perform a charge back on credit card and will not order again from this company.

I am made to feel like i should accept damaged boxes, missing parts and minor imperfections to my order.

I’ve order radiators for full house and I’ve not herd back from company with a delivery date or nuthink in days now
