Copper Hot Tap
This is not a review of the product because it hasn’t been installed yet. The look of the copper tap is brilliant. Comes very securely boxed with padding. It looks and feels very high end.
The customer service was superb. I had some concerns and used the chat facility and felt very confident that although I had not heard of this company that they were a professional and legitimate company. I will provide a review a few months after I have used it.

Excellent service and product
We ordered a new filter which HotSpot advised us we could have an upgraded version which we accepted after a conversation with their engineer. The filter arrived the next day and we fitted it without any problems. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The company was very professional to deal with easy to communicate with by phone. Excellent service.

Quick and very good service
I had to phone the company and the assistant explained that my fitting for the filter carton had changed and that was why i couldn’t find my usual one on line. The new one and a complimentary fitting arrived in 2 days. Two very helpful assistants.

Excellent Engineer
Cameron came to our site to fit new filters. Having never attended before and coming to a site and arriving to a "not so simple job" due to there being issue with stop valves he got on with the job like a pro and had no issues tracing back pipes to find the shut off values and change over the necessary filters. He was very efficient, communicative and friendly and got the job done. Thank you Cameron for your great work.

We ordered the new water filter…
We ordered the new water filter replacement for our hot tap and consequently had to remove the old attachment and set up the new one . We were a little concerned about the logistics so dang the company who could not have been more helpful . They emailed instructions and then helped to talk it through with us on the phone as we progressed. Result is a perfectly attached new filter ! A fantastic company !

When choosing a new boiling water tap it simply had to be HotSpot Titanium. We went for the Adrianna with 4Litre heater, so stylish, easy to use and plenty of boiling water on tap. Great product, great customer service.

Excellent product and service
I have had a Hot Spot Titanium for three years now and have nothing but praise for them. The product is excellent. Whilst I have had a few issues, in each case they have been resolved without any drama.
When we were sold this, we were told they wanted to be the best hot tap out there. From what I have seen - this is true. My issues are teething problems with new products. In each case, they had improved the design to ensure the faults did not recur, and retro-fitted the improved parts for me. In these days, it is novel to find a company genuinely committed to improving their products alongside excellent customer service

Confidence restored
Update to initial review below. In under half an hour of posting the review I was called by senior management. The initial call was followed up by a call from the technical manager and I’ve been promised an engineer’s visit to resolve the issue under warranty. Very impressed with the courtesy and intention to resolve the issue by both callers. My confidence has so far been restored as, notwithstanding the electrical connection, I’ve loved the hotspot in my kitchen.
Original review : I have a problem with the electrical connection. Been dodgy since the hotspot was installed but now failed completely - should be easily sorted with a new wire. Still in warranty. Emailed 9 days ago, still waiting for a reply …………

Thank you for the subsequent telephone conversation Elaine. As discussed, team HotSpot are gutted to have not picked up your request for assistance until now. I hope to assure you that we are aiming for 9 min resolution not 9 days. We are on to this and will enadeavour to have issues fixed in record time.
Why I chose the Hotspot
I replaced a faulty Insinkerator with the 4 litre Hotspot, fitting was simple and easy, so far the tap and boiler are working really well, it is one of the more expensive units on the market, fit and finish is very good, I chose it over other units because of the possibility that the boiler will last longer (have gone through 2 Insinkerator boilers in 3 years)
Delivery was very quick, although it would have been good to get notification of despatch

Perfect Instant Boiling Hot Water
We researched lots of "boiling hot water taps" and we decided on Hotspot Titanium as it got a better hot water temperature, and we are totally delighted with our choice, and I can't imagine now being without one. Amazing instant boiling hot water for my tea at the touch of a button. We truly love our Hotspot Titanium, and the customer services team were brilliant helpful and they are perfect too.
