Over the moon with the tap we've got and now wonder how we ever lived without one! We had looked at other brands but went with HotSpot Titanium as we wanted a copper tap and we're so glad we did. The customer service we've had from Nick has been second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending them (and already have done).

What a treat to work with a company that believes in good old-fashioned customer service, which is not something experienced very often nowadays. I cannot praise Nick and Nathan enough. We purchased one of their HotSpot Titanium Taps - it's absolutely fabulous and even though it's only been installed for a couple of days, I can already see that this will be a great help in our kitchen. I looked at other brands before purchasing this one and felt that the HotSpot Titanium brand was good value for money. In my opinion, this is an absolutely fantastic product and I highly recommend both this product and the company.

HotSpot Titanium have provided us with excellent service and a great product. Would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to use it in a commercial setting. The customer service and follow up from Nick has been brilliant. 10/10 product.

Our hotspot button started to allow some water ingress which meant it wouldn't turn off after being pressed. Apparently the new system has fixed this with a unit that is sealed. It took a few weeks for the parts to arrive from Holland but when it did, the engineer appeared and fitted the product and changed our filter for good measure. We have a very crowded under-sink area with a large waste disposal and this made the work quite difficult in terms of access, but the friendly engineer persisted and all works well. Good product and we are glad to return our old kettle back to the loft and enjoy boiling water on tap.

I was told by email, I would receive a brand new version of the grey filter head. However, I just received a filter. I am very disappointed.

Also, I was given wrong instructions on have to change the filter. I was told simply unscrew. However, if you do that, the water flows out. You need to turn the cold water supply off!!.

I was expecting much better service!

I have had my HotSpot Tap for 5+ years and the tap has been brilliant. Eventually the 8 bar pressure valve gave up. I contacted the HotSpot team via their web chat and got a phone call back from Scott immediately. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and confirmed the part to be replaced. I order the part along with a replacement filter as mine was overdue for a reasonable price. The parts were dispatched and received promptly. When installing the part I had some questions and spoke to Nick and Scott again. Each time they responded quickly and gave me clear instructions on what i needed to do. Overall fantastic customer service. Hopefully my tap will give me many more years of use.

I would have given 5 stars as usual (the customer service is usually first class), but problems with the payment system on HotSpot's website meant that I had to make phone calls and eventually go through the payment process a second time. The response from the service team was excellent and they helped reassure me that I would not be paying twice for the same item. But nevertheless I still had the annoying hassle of chasing down the problem and seeking a resolution. To top it all, after the item arrived (which was received safely and quickly), I received further emails advising me that the payment had failed and the item would not be dispatched until the payment was completed. This of course was nonsense (probably left over from the initial problem) - so I ignored the emails.
All of this hassle was completely outside my usual experience of HotSpot - which has hitherto been 5 star!

Well going on from purchasing a Hotspot tap, I have now had a Cold water filter fitted to my tap in the kitchen.
I was skeptical that it would actually make a difference but I am happy to admit I was wrong.
On pouring a glass of water from my unfiltered tap it appeared to be slightly cloudy, then after fitting of the filter no cloudy water just crystal clear water in the glass.
I was easy to fit took just 20 mins.
When fitting the filter plan where you want the filter to go as you may need an extension flexible hose as I did, Hotspot can also supply this as well.

Hotspot were quick and efficient at dispatching the product and supplied the extension hose within 2 days of asking.

A brilliant product and both my filters will only need changing once a year as there are only 2 people living here.

The benefits of a installed cold water filter are:
1. Crystal clear water
2. No more filter jugs in the fridge
3. No more buying filters for fridge jugs
4. Filtered water to cook vegetables in
5. Filtered water to wash salad ready for the table
6. NO MORE BUYING Bottled water just fill your or any container on the day ready for a car journey or if your a runner what's better than filtered water on your run
7. when going to the gym take your own freshly filtered water, no more using the cooler at the gym
8. If you do not have a hotspot tap (mad not too in my opinion) when you fill the kettle for a cuppa you should have reduced limescale due to using filtered water.

When I ordered a new filter I was offered and accepted a filter upgrade,( smaller filter, different manufacturer, same price), because I was assured the water taste is improved with it fitted- and it is.

Excellent Hot water tap
I've tried a couple of these types of taps, but this is by far the hottest and best quality product.
As a DIY savvy person I installed the tap & boiler myself and found it simple to do.
I have only used it for a couple of days, but so far it is superb!

HotSpot Titanium Flex XL Stainless Steel Effect Tap

Was in communcation with scott who was very helpful with helping me and discussing the pro's and cons of different models.
We went with the titanium xl and we have had it for 3 months now. absolutely love it. surprising how much easier making a cuppa or boiling water for pasta is.

We dont know how we ever lived without it.

Excellent looking and robust product, quick delivery and install was a breeze (by the professional of course), great safety features and highly recommend for home or office.

As a Long term owner now of the Hotspot Titanium I really wouldn't be without it. The new water filter is a great improvement on taste and i can certainly assure anyone of the improved taste over making it from a kettle.

The flow of water is great for making cups of tea and the saucepan fill mode enables easy preparation of any pasta meal.

This is a review of two halves......firstly our hotspot tap is excellent and hasn’t caused us any problems since being fitted just over a year ago. We needed to change our filter and ordered it simply over the Internet.....however.....unfortunately Hotspot use UPS as couriers and that is the problem!! After a long and frustrating experience they finally delivered our filter. Nathan at Hotspot could not have provided better customer service during this time and we have absolutely no complaints about using them again in the future. Just please change your courier company!
