Bunch of fraudsters with 0 customer…

Bunch of fraudsters with 0 customer service skills. I recently had a gambling relapse - my fault and I take full responsibility for that side. I am registered on gamstop so no site should let me have an account. I sent 3 separate grave media sites my ID and all 3 let me have an account. I lost £1,030 in one night. I explained I was on gamstop and after 4 weeks waiting and 2 separate sends of my details from them to gamstop they kept saying they would get back. Nothing. Finally replied within 5 mins when I threatened to report them and said the details didn’t match my gamstop that I registered with - impossible when they have my ID! Now won’t reply and rudely ignore my simple question of ‘which details’. They are clearly targeting problem gamblers and letting accounts through that are registered with gamstop. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers

The app and website are always crashing. Support is non-existent. They do not honour their offers and promotions. Cannot be trusted. AVOID!!!!!!!!

strongly advise anyone…

​I would strongly advise anyone considering Hot Streak Casino to take their business elsewhere. Their onboarding process is a disaster, and their customer service is even worse.
​I have been waiting over 24 hours for account verification with zero progress. When I reached out to Live Chat for a simple update, I was met with unhelpful, rude responses before being effectively "silenced" for asking legitimate questions about my account status.

​If a casino cannot handle the basic administrative task of verifying a user within a reasonable timeframe—and lacks the professional courtesy to communicate effectively—they shouldn't be operating. It feels less like a professional service and more like a stall tactic.

​Pros: None so far.
Cons: Slow verification, rude support, zero transparency.

​The Gambling Commission needs to investigate the clear incompetence and lack of player support on this site. Don't waste your time or money here.

Steer clear, absolute scammers.

Joined their sister site Royale Lounge, was asked to verify myself, to which I did, I was informed I was verified (see email response below).

So, I deposited my cash, did a bet and was awarded 4 x free bets. I didnt even get a chance to use these when I logged on, my account was locked, claiming I needed to be verified again? WHAT? 3 days after being told ALL my documents were accepted and my account was fully verified. Absolute clowns.
