We are so happy with our new tub!! We spoke to a few companies but so glad we went with Blue Whale Spa, they were so helpful and answered all our questions. Delivery we were told would be 4 weeks but it was much quicker. The delivery men phoned when they were 1 hour away and were really polite and professional. The technical team are all fab too and are only too happy to help with any questions. We’ve had it 3 weeks now and we all absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this company!

This is the Best Buy ever. I am so glad I purchased one from Hot tub master. I ordered on a Saturday night and and couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. They advised me there would be a little delay as it was out of stock. I was kept up to date with the process and before I knew it the Hot tub was on its way. The delivery guys, installed it also which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Hot Tub Master as they had great customer service, from ordering to delivery and to the final installation.

The overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. We bought a Santa Rosa hot tub which had a fairly short lead time unlike some other suppliers who’s lead time is months. My hot tub was deliver within approx 3 weeks from order. Prior to delivery I was contacted to go over the order, access and safety. The installers turned up on time, they were courteous and completed the install in under two hours and gave me a run through on the operation before they left. After another hour of filling, the hot tub was ready to add chemicals. The overall quality of the hot tub looks great and have no complaints. Everything works as it should and the instruction manuals are easy to follow. Had a further follow up call to check we were happy. Everything is great thanks for great service.

We were originally going to order a lazy spa hot tub and decided why not get a proper one as we haven't had a holiday this year like many people! I originally went on the website with not a clue what i was looking for, the online chat answered most of my questions. the lady then rang me to clarify and go through everything and helped choose the best hot tub with my requirements in mind. We had our delivery and install within 2 weeks and now enjoy our hot tub every evening as our little bit of relaxing wind down heaven! Cant recommend hot tub master enough

AVOID AVOID AVOID Don't waste your time or money with this company, Once they have your money they don't care, Paid £10,000 for a hot tub from them, Also paid for full install with Fiona which i was told it would be ready to use as the installers would set up and show me how to use etc, But no instead the installers turn up drop it on the floor from around 2 foot, Straight onto a flower bed snapping the wooden surround, To which I said "Lets hope it still holds water after that" Their response?? "It will be fine" Not even a sorry, To make matters worse I ordered the proper retractable cover and where they drill it into the side of the tub they have shaved off the black paint on the outside of both brackets leaving them both scuffed and open to the elements, All in all a poor company with poor customer service, Even upon calling there customer service he didn't say sorry once just said they will have to get back to me?!! I will be taking them to court for a full refund!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!

Family love it as it's great Retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and draws my children away from their phones and consoles. Delivery guys were awesome too. Highly recommend blue whale spa ordered an Hunter y tub during lockdown and delivery was as promised on time. The delivery team located the tub and spent time to explain the initial setup & use.
Been up and running now for about a month and very happy with it and surprised with the performance from a 13amp plug
