Professional efficient service would recommend

Ordered my tub through Costco, was contacted by Hot tub master within a week and delivered two weeks later, excellent considering we were in the middle of a pandemic. The delivery guys were excellent, nothing was too much and they explained how everything worked, filled up the tub all I had to do was wait for it to heat up.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Hot tub master.

Well, me and the wife were hunting around for a hot tub went to many places, before we found the hot tub master. We purchased a hot tub, arranged delivery, I had to take care of the crane to lift over the house. The 2 guys that delivered it we very polite and helpful with lots of pointers, they were 2 hours early and they patiently waited for the crane.

The crane people and the 2 guys worked together and the drop was successful. Installation of hot tub was done buy myself, there was little lack of instruction manuals. But I managed to figure it most out. I rang them was on the phone for an hour speaking to technical support, the guy was very helpful guided through me what I had already done already to reassure me and answered all my questions. The hot tub works straight out the box, I haven't seen any flaws with it. The only problem is I stay in there to long and go a bit wrinkly. Excellent company would recommend.

Fabulous product, and excellent service. Instillation was no issue and the guys who came to fit Hot Tub were great, very knowledgeable (lots of handy hints). Great service and delivery. Ordered hot tub during lock down having burst our inflatable tub! Delivery time and communication was really good even during lock down.
We purchased a plug n play 13 Amp tub, which suited our needs and wallet. (Taking advantage of the 0% finance deal was straight forward process)
The only thing I hadn't noticed on the paperwork is that the electrical supply required an electrical installation certificate for the guarantee to be valid. However this was the only a minor inconvenience.
Delivery team was great, we arranged a date that worked for us and the driver gave us a call an hour before delivery. Once in place they gave us a few tips to keep the tub in working order.
Since installation we've used it daily and the kids love it to. Great addition to our household! Wish I'd bought one earlier.
