’m writing this review at 6am in the morning whilst drinking an espresso sitting in my newly installed hot tub contemplating how great life is.

As soon as we walked into hot tubs at home in January we knew that this is the business we would buy from.

Our hot tub purchase is one of the biggest investments we made in our lives and it was critical to me to buy from experts who would help us.

As soon as we met Jen any concerns we had were washed away (teehee) her decade plus of knowledge, her enthusiasm and whatever you need attitude was infectious.

Fast forward to Darren, Andy and the teams exceptional instal and the businesses after care support and you have an amazing business to buy with confidence from.

Thank you so much hot tubs at home we feel safe in your expert hands and happy sitting in our beautiful tub

Disappointing

We purchased our hot tub around this time last year and as with most of the reviews everything up to the install was great.

When the hot tub was installed and we were given a demo of it working and that's when i noticed the waterfall was struggling to pump water out let alone represent anything like what Coast Spa advertise. It turns out this was a known fault which we hadn't been advised of at the point we purchased it. We followed up with the office and they told us Coast Spa were working on an new part which would sort this out and was given a lead time of 2 to 3 months. The time came and went but i hadn't heard anything back from Hot Tubs at Home so I called and after they followed up with Coast Spa I was told the part had been made and it was just going through quality testing so all going well it should be shipped in a couple of months. Again, the couple of months past so I called Hot Tubs at Home and i was told some one would call back with an update which they didn't so i had to chase again. Eventually I was told they don't know whats happening as they're waiting for an update from Coast Spa!

Its now been nearly 3 months since i last heard off of Hot Tubs at Home and we're still none the wiser when this is going to be fixed nearly a year after it was installed. I understand that the pandemic has caused problems logistically across the world for lots of businesses but from what i understand Coast Spa are still shipping new tubs so shouldn't have a problem shipping a new part. The other frustrating part is after spending over £20,000 on a hot tub never once has anyone from Hot Tubs at Home called me to give me an update, its always been me chasing to find out any update.

Thank you for your review, although I'm so disappointed to have received 2 stars for something that has been completely out of our hands.
Whilst I completely understand that you are as frustrated with the communication, as you are the fault itself, we simply have not received the information from Coast Spas in order to pass anything on.
This is 100% a Manufacturing issue that we are having to suffer alongside our customers.

Having said all of that I am extremely sorry that our communication level has not been where you expect it to be and I will ensure this is rectified. :(

We are currently under the understanding that the waterfall is now in final production, soon to be in testing and should be ready for fitting in 2-3 months time.
I appreciate your comment re: Coast shipping out spas, however, the delays with this waterfall replacement have not been due to shipping, purely re-design and re-development.
This information became available to us on Tuesday and we are writing up an email to all affected customers to update them.
Once the design has been signed off, Coast will then be in a position to place this into production and send out all of the long awaited replacement units.

There have already been two prototypes created, which unfortunately haven’t been successful when being placed through trials, however Coast are confident that the third design should be in working order.

I know this does not clearly state when the new design will be fitted to your spa, however I hope it gives you an idea as to where we are with the waterfall currently and to give you confidence that it is something we are actively chasing and aware of.
When you purchased your hot tub, It wasn't a known fault to us, it was only something that came to light as problems were reported - which then made it a 'known fault' but we have been retailing Coast Spas for over 14 years and this is the first time I have ever had an issue like this.
Had we have known, of course we would have informed you up front.

Please rest assured Dean, that this is a top priority for Coast and ourselves. We are absolutely desperate to get these waterfalls swapped and working as they should.

We really appreciate your patience with this and if swapping your spa for new would resolve this issue for you now, we would not hesitate in offering this option to you, but it won't make the difference.

As always, I am here for you should you need me.
In the meantime, any updates I receive I will pass on to you immediately.

After dealing with a company since…

After dealing with a company since February trying to get hold of a hot tub cover and listening to frustrating excuses it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company! Delightful staff and has managed to produce a cover immediately.
They were recommended by Coast Spas and rightly so!
Highly recommended!!!

Service Plan - Worry free...

I have the service plan as I really couldn't be bothered with the maintenance side of my hot tub, we just want to use it! Today was my first service which Brian came (on time) to carry out. He explained the service detailing what he was doing. My hot tub is now returned to showroom condition cleaned inside and out.

Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service as always

Bought my first hot tub in 2011. Since then we have received brilliant service. Brian who serviced our hot tub was great, as all the other gentlemen have been previously.

Fantastic service

Brian came out today to service and clean our hot tub. He was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and even got a broken part ordered for us to go and collect.
Would highly recommend.

We purchased a new hot tub and the service was excellent

We purchased a new hot tub and it was delivered yesterday. This is our second tub but the first time we had used Hot Tubs At Home. From our first visit to the show room we knew this was the right company to deal with. Not only was the product quality head and shoulders above other distributors but the professionalism of the sales staff was excellent too. We were kept up to date with progress and we had a meeting at home to discuss the installation and setup requirements. On the date of installation Max and a colleague arrived on time and they worked through to 8pm making sure everything as it should be. Truly amazing service and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Many thanks!

Hot Tubs at Home cleaning service

the experience I had today with Max coming round to clean our hot tub was excellent. He conducted him self very professionally polite and chatty. He cracked on with the job of cleaning, he took a lot of pride in what he was doing making sure the tub looked like it was brand new. He is a great asset to the company. my wife came home from work and looked at the tub ,could not believe how clean the tub was. we are both very happy with the service we received today.

will recommend your company to others as you give very good service, support and a range of products.

We have had our hot tub for 4 years…

We have had our hot tub for 4 years now. Great advice at the start on which hot tub for our needs, difficult installation went well and a regular straight forward service plan. Would definitely recommend them :-)

We have had a great experience with HTAH, they are very knowledgable, the sales advice is helpful not pushy and we’re happy with our hot tub. From start to finish the service has been great.
