Due to the travel distance involved, communication was very important to us and the HouseFox team massively delivered on this. From early house viewings to the late stages of chain completion, they were always available, polite and very flexible to suit our own needs. Would highly recommend!

The fact that there was only 52 days between the house being listed and completion (at full asking price) says it all really!
Neil was extremely proactive, getting 4 people to view within 24 hours and the following day it had sold!! You can’t ask any more from an estate agent, can you?

House Fox were recommended to us by friends and we were extremely satisfied with their service. They were helpful, had local knowledge and were very supportive in a stressful time of selling and moving. The photography was excellent and we had lots of viewings. They also liaised with the solicitors and helped speed up proceedings.
I would recommend them, and as a postscript they were much less expensive than other estate agents.

This has included professional photos and video to market our property and then regular updates through the actual sale process. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have been invaluable in keeping the sale moving along. In addition, their charges are very reasonable and we saved quite a lot of money by swapping to them. I would highly recommend them.

Throughout the whole sale the House Fox team were professional and gave first class service.
The initial sale fell through due to Covid. However, they immediately got to work and resold within a week.
