House Fox were patient and understanding through unavoidable delays in getting the house on the market and were helpful and supportive when we were in a position to proceed. The marketing material looked really good and they dealt with viewings and feedback excellently, quickly securing a buyer at a good price. Had very little contact from that time until exchange and completion which suited me as it wasn't my own property that I was selling.
Would use again if I lived in the area.

Avoid. Very poor service. Constantly ignored on planning permission aspect for purchasing property which inevitably turned out to be completely wrong.
Not spoken to Neil Urch for 2 months up to completion, probably embarrassed.
Put in a very difficult position thanks to their sheer incompetence and ignorance. Heard similar stories from neighbours since moving in.
Should have listened to my solicitors and withdrew as this company didn’t deserve a penny of the commission, forcing us into a position to break the chain and cost us more by moving twice.
When collecting the keys, didn’t even have the professionalism to see me face to face.
AVOID!

Housefox were involved in both sale and purchase with us, and were thoroughly professional throughout.
Niki Urch has got exceptional interpersonal skills. She was always prompt with answering any queries we had.
Housefox have all the attributes of becoming a mega estate agency. I wish them all the best.

Our Financial Advisor recommended us to House Fox when we decided to sell our house. We also sounded out 2 other local agents.
We elected to use House Fox as we felt that they represented very good value and would provide us with the best service.
A number of viewings were quickly and efficiently arranged.

A big thank you to Neil, Nicki and the team, we had a few hiccups along the way but they were dealt with professionally and quickly. Definitely use them again, 5 stars are not enough.

Fantastic five star service from start to finish - and we were the buyers, not the sellers! Our move wouldn’t have happened and our chain would have collapsed without their help. Nothing was too much trouble. Someone was always available to speak to. And even after completion, Neil went above and beyond with a house call to help sort out an oven which was refusing to work.
If you’re selling in the Weston-Super-Mare area, you’d be mad to go to any other agent and their rates are very reasonable too.
