Fast, friendly and efficient service. Great communication by Lucy to organise survey dates. The surveyor, Lee, when speaking about the survey was very eloquent and easy to understand and happy to answer questions.
The survey was written up in far less time than originally estimated, and I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Lee provided a very professional, detailed Level 3 Survey on a Heritage property. The survey went into great detail and provided me with all the information required in a language I could understand. Using the photographs and details provided in descending order of importance I was able to talk to Builders and Architects straight away. Lee , Lucy and the Team provided an outstanding service all round - Thank you.

If you’re considering using Housemartins to do your Property Management please make sure you find the separate Google reviews for Housemartins Property Management, they’re very different to these reviews. They are the same company however, same name, address and shared staff, I mainly dealt with one of the qualified Surveyors. They may be very good for doing surveys, but avoid at all cost for property management. The 5 star reviews for their Property Management are mainly from Contractors, people they pay, not flat owners. Don’t be fooled.

You share far more than an address, you also share the same name, staff, phone number and Facebook page (Page deleted 16/10/24). This is the only Housemartins Seaford Trustpilot account I can find, so how else do I leave a Trustpilot review for the Property Management service you offer? Your website offers Surveys, Property Management and Architectural Consultants.

Great service - had a Level 2 homebuyers report, carried out by Lee, who called me following the survey for a summary, then sent the report a short time later. It was all done much more quickly than I was expecting and was a very thorough job. I have also been in touch with Lee to clarify a few things that were brought up in the survey and he was incredibly helpful. The administrative team were also very responsive in setting up the appointment and communicating with me. Would highly recommend Housemartins Chartered Surveyors. Thank you!

The worst ever.
High charges, no proper service, confusing bills . Worst customer service

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Blatant lies and refusal to take responsibility which has led me to take civil action / reporting them. Would seriously recommend anyone avoiding this company!

Housemartins are a terrible company to deal with. I have had an outstanding issue now for 3 mths of which they refuse to deal with and after 48 emails and a request to speak over the telephone always ignore this request and will not speak over the telephone. I have been shocked by the constant lies via the email responses this company keep telling me and have now lodged a formal complaint through their governing body which is ‘The Property Redress Team’ I am glad they are taking my formal complaint very seriously indeed especially as all the lies are via email evidence, therefore delighted I have had this factual information to provide to the PRT. Don’t use this company at all.

Housemartins have been brilliant, so quick and through from beginning to end and even when we called back with some additional questions raised by our solicitors regarding our sale. Thoroughly pleased and really clear and helpful report. Lee also was happy to chat through with us his opinions on the possibility of extending and any concerns he would have. Highly recommended.
