The rescuers. In a desperate situation, House Movers understood my needs and acted with an emergency mode. 🤷🏿 As soon as I called, Hadda humanly answered and understood the full picture of my unforeseen situation.😁 The company didn't refuse to get my friend to pay for me. 👍 Job organisation and fast service was set in no time with a great team of kind, extremely professional, men with good values and impartial men. First off, I loved the website and how easy and simple it was to get a quote and book the service. Much better user experience compared to all of the other websites who ask a million questions before giving a quote.
I spoke to someone on the phone afterwards to confirm my booking and the customer service was excellent. Very kind, helpful and professional demeanour.
On the day the move went smoothly and the two men who helped were positive, helpful and worked hard. They were very professional and ensured our things were well-strapped in the van and safe.
Overall our experience was amazing and the price we paid was fair and affordable. My only comment is that the drivers didn't come on time and were 40 mins late, which we planned for and didn't bother us, but being on time would have made the whole experience flawless. Thank you for the excellent service.

I booked in for a man and van for a couple of hours. The guys were very punctual and very friendly. They were efficient with the service and carried out the booking without a hitch. Would definitely recommend.

Our family have used House Movers twice…
Our family have used House Movers twice so far with one more move planned. Excellent Service from Jaral (Jack) and his assistant. The moving team are quick efficient and a very busy day was made more bearable by their professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

3 guys one van, lots of money.
Booked 3 guys for 8 hours and one van for the job, was told this van would be adequate for the move, I lived in a 3 story town house with a loft and garage. The guys couldn't of been nicer, they proceeded to pack up my kitchen which was the one room I hadn't packed myself. They took HOURS doing so. My wife and I discovered upon emptying boxes at the other end, they had wrapped EVERYTHING in paper for protection, including plastic cups and even tins. consequently they took far longer than was needed. Lunch time came and the guy in charge disappeared for an hour taking the van with half my house in it. One guy stayed in the kitchen, packing, one sat in the back of another van (I had hired 2 moving companies as was worried about the amount to move) by the time we had finished unloading at the other end, I had to pay nearly £1100, I was quoted £771. I had to pay these guys overtime, purely because they took so long packing one room. If my wife and I hadn't pack 80% of our house before hand, I'm sure I would of paid £2000. So over all a terrible experience. Between the 2 companies I used. 5 guys 3 van loads and nearly £3000. It took 11 hours to move. What a complete joke.

We are sorry to hear that you have had to leave us negative feedback and quite honestly this one has taken us by surprise. You were quite satisfied on the day of the booking, however, the feedback now neglects that. I hope you have not got us confused with the other company you had booked, that was an hour late as you were not happy with them and their service. You let them go on the day when we were there since you were happy with us to carry out the moving activities for you as they have done a cowboy job.
In terms of one of the guys leaving for an hour, you are quite right on this point, Which we will speak to and find out the issue and reason for this. On the contrary, our team arrived on time with packing materials and essentials that were needed for the move. which the other team did not show up with and you kept us.
Our team does work by the hour and you had three men working to complete the booking, Additional time will be charged for all customers and they are all made aware of this prior to booking. We know extra costs are not something that makes anyone happy however the service is on a time basis.
A mega Luton van is the biggest van available for the move as the next size up is a Lorry, If you were not happy with the price of the Luton then you most surely will not be happy with the price of a lorry to do the move.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had Karwan as our driver/lifter for our move. You couldn't want for better service- professional, honest, capable, friendly. Would genuinely use House Movers again. Ask for Karwan if you can.

Best movers I have ever used
Best movers I have ever used. Sami, Omar and Cosa went above and beyond what I expected from them. They were helpful, friendly and got the job done without any damage to our belongings. I highly recommend these guys if you want to reduce the amount of stress in moving.

A FANTASTIC SERVICE (London to Cardiff)
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!!!! By far the most competitive price we could find. The driver was 10 minutes early and extremely helpful. Thank you so so much!!! We'll be using House Movers again for sure and will be recommending to all our family and friends.

our experience with this company was awful
Booked 2 weeks in advance. workers
were 4 hours late (and small baby was hungry because of that)
heavily scratched a wall while moving boxes (now have to pay to a landlord)
forgot a part of chair in elevator.
Discount? Appologies?
Of course not, you promised a discount by phone and they didn’t do it. Just demanded cash and full price.
Worst service ever.
Update:
as your workers came 4 hours later they finished late so according to them, they “couldnt accept card because office is closed already and couldn’t give a discount (that was disscussed with the office) again because office is closed”. so that took the full price. And when I wrote you next day and and several times after you just ignored.
yes, you are moving company so you have to know that in the moving day everything should go according to schedule. time management is important. And we called you one day before to confirm once again day and time. You confirmed and came 4 hours!!! late!

We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service. Our driver and workers do their best to satisfy the customers. Any issues in relation to discounts must be discussed with the office and not the drivers. As we are the ones dealing with it. Once you have spoken to someone at the office and come to an arrangement then discounts will be applied.
Apologies to hear that you did not feed your baby for 4 hours, However, we are just the removal guys and deal with the house move.
In terms of payment, we provide multiple payment methods that you can choose from. But yes we do take payment only for the service used by the customer.
