I purchased the Regent Traditional Shower Set and the bath filler component has failed twice due to manufacturing defects. House of Enki replaced it once, but the new part failed within months.They are now refusing to fix it or reimburse the plumbing fees I’ve had to pay twice to fit their faulty merchandise, hiding behind a commercial warranty while ignoring the UK Consumer Rights Act. They even suggested I pay them for another replacement.Unreliable build quality and zero customer accountability. Beware if buying directly or through partners like B&Q. Avoid this company.

I had to return a shower head that was leaking after 5 months.
My enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I received the replacement two days later. Excellent service 👏

They have the best customer technical support service that I have ever encountered. Rapid, helpful, detailed and friendly advice on installation and subsequent repair and maintenance issues. They also sell nice taps, but so do other companies and in my experience all taps are prone to problems, so it is wonderful to deal with a company that helps its customers with tap problems so effectively.

Ordered a shower which had a missing piece. I reported this after 30 days (could not afford to have somebody fit it immediately and the person I got in to do the work is very busy). Customer service have said that I need to pay for the missing item, which goes against the consumer rights act 2015. Rude and unhelpful staff.

Bought a shower (Unit) from this company and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The product descriptions online are not clear enough to make a confident purchase even after sending photos and explaining my situation they refuse to offer any meaningful advice on what I actually need and would not provide a refund. They are now ignoring my emails completely and I am left with either a shower unit that I cannot use or a credit note which I cannot spend. Poor customer service from start to finish. Do not buy from this company unless you know exactly what you’re getting because you won’t get any after-care help.

I purchased a shower head 7 months ago but its split and water started pouring out the top. Customer service is terrible, they are incredibly slow at responding and eventually offered me a replacement not a refund (Nobody wants a replacement for something that broke after 7 months). When I rejected this and asked to speak to a a manager they sent me the same message ignoring my previous response. By this time I had already had to purchase a new shower head from elsewhere as I had been without for 2 weeks. I'm still waiting for a response.

I I bought a Torino three-way tap from BNQ the top is supplied by ENKI when the tap was installed the cold water filter part of the tap won't work. I have emailed ENKI several times explaining the tap isn't working they were completely unhelpful only asking for the invoice number not suggesting a resolution. I requested a new cartridge in case that was the issue. It hasn't resolved the situation. I have a brand-new tap that doesn't work.

Initially I was extremely happy with the items I purchased. However, over the past 18 months of use I have encountered some major issues. Firstly, the finish on the bathroom tap has tarnished badly. Secondly, the shower mixer has a fault with the valve failing and cold water able to pass into the hot water pipe.
When I’ve contacted the company and asked for replacements under the 10 year warranty, I have been advised that these aspects were only covered under a 1 year warranty which is cleverly not advertised prior to purchase. Extremely disappointed and the products are not up to the quality advertised!

Avoid at all costs! Very low quality for such a high price. The item broke after just a few uses and the follow up 'fixes' and 'customer service' were atrocious. Complete waste of both time and money. Will never purchase from them again and wouldn't reccomend anyone else to either.

Extremely bad communication, they don’t even read their emails let alone reply to them. I’m now stuck with the wrong part that I’ve wasted over £100 on.

House of Enki support started off on a good footing, but now they just don't respond to any of my emails.
I've requested a call to try and resolve my issue, but again no response.

Avoid this company

We purchased a mixer tap in March which developed a fault via B&Q.
Emailed yesterday morning to report it. Immediate response and a new one was despatch and received this morning. Less than 24hr turnaround.
Can’t asked for better than that.

The Brass rain head has failed and is leaking water all around the sides after just been used a few times each month over the last 20 months. They states 10 years guarantee but a soon as you have a problem they specified that the brass rain head is not included in the guarantee. “ Regrettably as this issue is being caused by a component part (shower head) we cannot offer to replace part free of charge. Parts are available and can be purchased online: amazon.co.uk.Please let us know if we can further assist.” above included in part of the response and as for letting them know if they can further assist they refused to correspond when I tried to point out that the brass rain head rain head is a major component and it was not a hand held shower head that I was asking them to replace. There is obviously a weak plastic component within the brass rain head that fails. I still think the shower looks great and it cost £400 but having read other reviews i note others have had similar problems . At the end of the day great business have great customer care and this is what makes the difference to the consumer but my experience has not been good and just fobbed off with a standard written reply.

Ordered a shower set from House of Enki and was impressed with the quality. Delivery was fast, installation was simple, and the finish looks great in our bathroom. Would definitely use them again.

Had a problem with a tap purchased 6 months ago. They responded very quickly and have arranged to send the part free of charge. I expected to pay for the replacement so the after service is first class

I found the perfect part for my shower and the team helped me pick it out by email fast. They sent it within a day and I got it right on time. The instructions were clear and made things easy. My installation went well and it felt good to deal with real people who care. I feel confident I’ll come back when I need more kitchen or bathroom fittings.

House of Enki have been excellent at supporting us with a recent repair to our shower. Not only did they take the time to follow up on several email queries to ensure that the part we required would work but also, when the item was not delivered by Evri post after 10 days of waiting, they resolved the issue by sending out the required item again, first class so that it arrived at our house very next day. The part itself resolved our complicated repair. Their kindness and support throughout was certainly in contrast to our local plumbing suppliers and bathroom specialists. We shall certainly use this company again and recommend them without hesitation.
