Extremely Disappointing Product and Service
I bought a Seiko watch from House of Mods as a graduation gift for my son, and the entire experience has been nothing short of terrible. They went well beyond the promised delivery timeframe, and when the watch finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor.
The strap screws keep unscrewing themselves, causing other components of the watch to loosen and fall off. Recently, one of the main strap pins came out on its own—without any force or pressure—causing the piece to fall in the grass and disappear. A watch strap should *never* fall apart under normal use, and certainly not on a brand-new item.
To make things worse, I’ve contacted House of Mods multiple times with my concerns, and they have completely ignored me. No reply, no support, no attempt to resolve the issue.
Overall, very poor quality, unacceptable customer service, and a company that clearly does not stand behind its products. I would *never* recommend House of Mods, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

**** Beware*** The website advertises two weeks, it has been a month and still no ship. The tracking shows "label created" but has been that way for over a week. Emailed but getting the run-around.

DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!! These people readily took my funds [Australia] via Shopify and now have gone completely quiet on communication for over8 weeks . NO DELIVERY of product and NO communication - there are no options left for me to follow up or recover funds. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
