I haven’t received my order and it’s been over a week.

A very good service, keeping me informed of my parcel. However the website isn't kept up to date, as one of my items had to be reimbursed due to being out of stock, but was still marked as available on the website, but they kept me informed about it and reimbursed me speedily.

Order arrived when it was supposed to and exactly what I wanted

4 stars, because one item i ordered was unavailable after my order had been placed, At time of order it was "in stock". But I was happy with the customer service notifying me on the issue. Quick delivery too.

I give this company 5 star plus for delivery, however the 2 hoodies arrived "separately" with no paperwork in either package, getting the company to react to my emails for return instructions, seems hard work, 1 email sent last week 2nd email sent a couple of days ago. I even tried "chat with us" nobody answered. Hope this review will wake someone up.
I have had a quick response to this review, and we are hoping to resolve the problem, I must say I am impressed with them, don't know what happened to the other emails or chat with us, but I am a lot happier that there is now light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you, House Of Spells.

Very good service easy to order arrive in super quick time

Came to London on a flying day trip with my Harry Potter mad 10 year old daughter. She loved the potions, but they were a bit too bulkly to carry around for the rest of the day. I ordered them online on the way home and they arrived perfectly wrapped two days later. Free delivery was an added bonus too. Lovely products and good prices, we also purchased a wand when in store, the sales assistant was really helpful and friendly. Thank you

Hello. I ordered a slytherin hoodie but instead got a ravenclaw one. The requests and timings stated to pick up the package were misleading but fortunately I did not adhere and collected anyway. This was a gift for a friend who I was travelling abroad the next day to see so not really much chance to return.

I bought a Hufflepuff scarf for an American friend. It arrived quickly in good condition, she loves it, and plans to wear it at a Halloween party.
