The Best!
I had heard about House of Spells purely by advertising and I then so happened to stumble upon their website. It was everything you could ask for. Good prices and very good customer services. Ever so friendly on social media and very happy to interact with their customers. Would not hesitate to recommend them to other HP fans and look forward to their christmas 2021 HP merchandise... !

I visited the store in person and the staff were disinterested, unfriendly and in this time of social distancing failed miserably to understand the concept of personal space, any question to staff was met with a noncommittal grunt that might in the distant past have been the forerunner of modern language but sadly I have not studied classic unspoken language, I left without purchasing the item I wanted and decided to purchase it online only to find the sizing guide provided online seems to be have been devised the language expert they hire and what I ordered would be lucky to fit around my arm let alone my chest!

Efficient delivery and great product
Delivery was quick and the item was exactly as described. They also wrote on a card that if I uploaded a picture or video online of the product, that I would get a free gift and they were very quick at replying to my emails in relation to this.
