All of us at Howes Models take great pride in the fact that 'Howes' have been trading since 1939 and we are the longest serving Model Shop in the UK. We offer a great range of radio controlled boats, cars, planes, tanks, drones and more. We keep a large range of batteries, not just for RC models such as LIPO & NIMH's but batteries for bait boats, ride on toy cars, alarms and motorbikes. We also have a large Pre-Owned Model Railway department with stock being added daily! Aswell as selling our very popular Model Railway 'Howes' sound chips. We are the home of the Lake Reaper bait boats and keep a full list of spares, a variety of upgrades and accessories and more! We are available to give help and advice over the phone Monday-Friday from 09:00-16:00 and have a fast response rate for emails.

Quick response and a very good selection of rc parts
Howes Models responded promptly to my initial enquiry regarding the availability of a particular sail winch. Turns out that there is a global shortage of that winch! Then I designed a workaround using a similar winch, which they did have in stock. Ordered along with a variety of other items. I could not get all the items together from any of the other suppliers I looked at so well done Howes!

After checking your order, the batteries supplied match the item ordered through our website – Microcat 6 Volt 12Ah Bait Boat Batteries with XT60 connectors.
The image you sent via WhatsApp appears to show Lake Reaper Pro batteries, which use a different connector type to the product purchased. The batteries supplied in your order match the specification shown on our website listing.
You first contacted us on Friday while we were carrying out our annual stock take, so we were unable to respond immediately. We replied to your WhatsApp message yesterday and have also attempted to call you yesterday and today, leaving a voicemail so we can help resolve this for you.
