HS Estate agents and in particular Georgina has been excellent in organizing everything for us particularly as we were nervous about the whole process. She responds promptly to all our queries even very basic ones. Highly recommend this estate agency.

We want to say a big thank you to Fran and her Team for the way they managed the letting of our property. We have used many Letting Agents in the past, however were so pleased with the care and detail Fran took in finding tenants for us.

From start to finish, Fran and the Team completed and advised us of the process/search results/photographs of our flat/arranged appointments/advised on correct contracts/and arranged that we had a really excellent field of prospective tenants.

Plunging into the world of letting is a scary and unknown process for a novice, there are lots of caveats and hurdles to jump over. Working with Fran is a pleasure. Fran is professional, yet one feels that she really cares about one's well being and happiness. I have never before encountered anyone quite like Fran in this role, she is superb.

Fran has been an absolute superstars and the services she has provided has been second to none. The best experience I have had in securing and moving in to a rental property.

I have had the pleasure of engaging HS Estate agents several times over the past 5 years or so and everytime its been a great experience. Andy is a master adviser when it comes to all things mortgage and finance and Fran's property advise is second to none - the team at HS Estate agents are the only experts I would trust - don't bother going anywhere else!

I would give 6 stars* if I could. The most amazing service from an estate agent that I have ever had. This was a probate property sale and all of the team that worked on this deserves a medal! It wasn't the easiest of processes but all of the team were dedicated, remained professional and were sensitive to the fact that this was my Mum & Dads final home that I was selling

I never thought I would say, that this agents deserves every single penny of the commission they received for this sale, they worked unbelievably hard. I never had to chase for an update- unheard of!

I wouldn;t go anywhere else now, they will have all my future sales
