Where to start? First of all, I thought we would never leave a positive review for an estate agent. We have not had the best of service from some! And then we met Michaela Perry at HS who was recommended by a very satisfied friend.
From the start, she was professional, gave great advice, listened to my brief and responded promptly with creating the listing.
She hosted viewings and when she introduced the right buyer and received an offer, she negotiated carefully and effectively and secured us a great price, especially in the current market.
What happened next is where she really added value. She kept us informed at every step of the process calling me at any time including evenings to make sure we knew exactly what was happening and when. She was completely on top of every detail concerning the buyer and indeed the whole chain and she gave valuable advice where we needed to move things along quickly.
It is this kind of dedication and commitment to her job that enabled an exchange in just 37 days!
We are blown away by her positive, can do attitude, her command of detail, her professional knowledge, her focus on delivery and her very engaging personality.
A word about Simone too, who stood in support at all times and seems to be a clone of Michaela! The whole team at HS are incredibly strong and I highly recommend them to help you with one of the most important decisions you will make!

They were very professional and attentive.

The agents (in particular Kirsty and Fran) have been really supportive and have gone to extreme lengths to support me (the landlord). They have highlighted an issue within the property and then managed to get this resolved liaising with the gas company and then a contractor to put in the pipe work.

The communication they provide to both tenant and landlord has been prompt, with the works being speedily managed.

Overall, I have been very impressed with the agents staff and would recommend them.

Team was very supportive throughout the procurement process. All post sales support /questions were also promptly attended to.

Tanya has been absolutely amazing in helping me with my search for the perfect home. I emailed several estate agents in the local Brentwood area and Tanya was the only one who consistently sent me properties to my requirements. Couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. Thankyou for all your help, I didn’t find the perfect home through you in the end as I’ve opted for a flat instead of a house, but I know I would have with your persistency to help me, Thankyou again.

Have used HS Estates 4 times now . Michaela , Molly and Tanya are all great to deal with . Time is taken to make sure the photos are excellent and knowledge of the housing market is exceptional . We have always sold our houses very quickly and been kept informed of progress regularly Michaela stands out, head and shoulders over all other estate agents , always going the extra mile, always putting her clients first , solving issues rapidly and with great communication at all times. Highly recommend HS estates and would not use anyone else .

Molly, Michaela and Tanya were fantastic from beginning to end. They kept the momentum of the sale going which meant the sale went through in under six weeks! The WhatsApp chat for the sale was particular helpful and made sure everyone was up to date with any progress. I would definitely recommend them.

From the moment we first met with HS Estate agents they provided a warm and friendly service.

Michaela who sold our home and arranged our purchase has excellent knowledge of the area and the house market. She got a great price for our home and handled negotiations on both sides fairly. She kept us updated and understood the unavoidable stress of buying and selling a house, and supported us, making the process as calm as it could be.

Both Molly and Tanya in the office kept us updated and were available when we needed to call. Molly took the role of chasing and coordinating parties and she was always up to speed and on top of everything.

We really enjoyed having a group WhatsApp with HS as it meant we received regular, quick updates and we always had a point of contact, even when we were abroad. The team replied swiftly and used the group to keep us in the loop at each stage.

We also used Andy from Lawton Financial for our mortgage. He secured us a great deal and Kerry handled all the paperwork with diligence and speed, meaning we were ahead of our buyers despite starting the process after.

I couldn’t recommend HS estate agents enough. They have all the expertise of the bigger firms with a family feel.

Outstanding service from the team. I have used other estate agents in the park but this Estate Agents is by far the best in dealing with the sale of the my property. I would not hesitate in recommending HS Estates to my friends and family.
