HSL Chairs - Leeds Opiniones

Sales people very friendly helpful and knowledgeable looking forward to receiving new settees.

Polite and very helpful staff, understood what I wanted and never tried to sell me an alternative Main test now will be the quality of the finished product and if it's delivered as promised.

We visited HSL Guiseley today - John looked after us and was lovely. He listened to everything we wanted, made suggestions and offered advice, and a cup of tea and a sit down. He wasn’t pushy with any upsell and my mum is very happy with her purchase. Thanks

The staff were extremely helpful and patient and confident in their products

The assistant was very helpful

We were very well looked after and not rushed or felt any pressure to decide.

Pauline and Michelle were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks

Well worth waiting for. Thank you Alex and Roger for a professional delivery.

Susan, Guiseley, was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. There was no rushing, everything was clearly explained, coffee was offered and accepted. A lovely experience ☺️ thank you

The company offers an exclusive chair fitting service which focuses on seven key points, and is outstanding in being evaluated and approved by an Occupational Therapist. Thereby, it ensures that the customer gets the precise size and fit, resulting in ultimate comfort. Such a delight that the products are handcrafted in Yorkshire, with a variety of features and a vast range of quality fabrics. Everything was explained really well. There was no pressure, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent friendly service with an abundance of help and patience. Tea/coffee and biscuits was an added bonus.

Visited Guiseley 12/02 and having received expert advice from Polly (no pressure) ordered two chairs. Fantastic delivery / installation by Alex and Michael 31/3, providing a full explanation of the product. Delighted.

Very helpful & friendly service. Product looks good & with bad back pain will hopefully service my needs.

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful and friendly

Two young men Alex and Michal brought in a new chair I had ordered. I’m giving them 5 stars because they’re a great asset to your company because they were polite, knowledgeable, had a little joke with me and it made the whole experience enjoyable. When they went I felt a very happy person.

Friendly & Helpful staff. Felt the advice was appropriate that was given regarding which chair was the best option, for the needs of an elderly gentleman with limited mobility.
No pressure regarding purchase.
Both Sue & Michelle gave excellent customer service.

Two great lads who couldn’t have been more helpful, showing patience and understanding.
Explained how to use the chair and were polite and courteous throughout. Can’t recommend HSL , Paul D and Jon highly enough.

We’re greeted and offered tea and coffee. Sat on comfy chairs and discussed our needs.

Richard, the sales associate was very attentive and helpful in explaining everything.
