Every person I spoke to was very polite and tried to be helpful. However their new system let them down. The chairs that I ordered didn’t arrive within three days as promised.They seemed not to have my order, I had to explain my problem over and over again.When they did arrive they had different hand sets,no instructions , no arm protection , no care kit,Altogether l was very disappointed.I ordered these chairs for my husband on his return home from hospital and they arrived over a week later.l have now accepted a price reduction .l would not use. this company again.

Delivery of chairs and assembly was done on time, speedily and efficiently.

Visited the HSL shop in York to purchase a recliner riser chair. Had a great experience helped by all the team there, but especially made special by Diana.
Could view and try different chair designs and amazed by there being a number of chair sizes. Found one that was just right. Thank you HSL and Diana.

Meeting the Tim was a wonderful experience, he was very caring and helpful and I’m positive I got the right chair for me. I’m so pleased.

The Manager at York store Ollie could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Really good experience.

Helpful knowledgable staff. Gave space to look around not pushy. Delivery was on time and handled with care. Backup for a broken zip has been handled well and without any hassle

Fantastic customer service from the sales team at York to the delivery team from HSL.
I selected my new reclining chair on Wednesday afternoon, on Friday afternoon the chair was delivered, and installed in my living room. All within 48 hours. Incredible.

Craig and Danny were outstanding, couldn’t have been more helpful. They explained everything perfectly until I was happy. Thank you to them both.

Delighted with my chair ,delivery guys great (full marks ) only concern was lack of communication with company .I rang four times for an update on my chair with little help - not in the country yet -we don’t have any information-etc . The shop in York were excellent.

A big thank you to Oli at the York in-store branch. It’s a lovely peaceful atmosphere to walk around quietly and get excellent quality advice on the sofas there. I ordered one the sofas and it’s absolutely amazing quality from Italy. The delivery guys did a fantastic job getting it safely up the tight spiral staircase we have so a shout out to Jamie A and Jamie M for taking great care. Highly recommend!
