Excellent all round; ordered it online, it arrived two days later (on a Sunday!) and the product is excellent. Much better service than big suppliers.

good experience all round, placed the order online on Thur/Fri, paid and received a phone call from the store to arrange delivery soon after, which was for the Monday, delivery arrived as specified.
We have made several purchases over the years for goods and supply and fit , we would use this supplier again and being local also we are keeping the business in Yorkshire.

Absolutely first class service. My TV broke down on 17/05/2020. I had bought it from Currys PC World on 13/08/2019 with a Knowhow care and repair agreement that expires on 12/08 2022. I emailed Currys, and apart from waffling automatic emails I have had no reply. The Currys telephone number is never answered. Now they have cut off the email receiver.

This is where Herbert Todd & Son came in. I was without a TV for a few days, but you supplied and delivered one within two days, whilst working under the same restrictions as Currys. When I couldn't get it to connect with Virgin, you knew Lane's Aerials who who attended within minutes and got me going. Herbert Todd (and Lanes) deserve high praise. Currys I will sue for a full refund at County Court.

Excellent customer service as usual. One of your delivery men went the extra mile and helped my husband carry the kitchen table back indoors, for which I was extremely grateful.

old tv set conked out on 24 May so new tv ordered on line, this had to be ordered in to stock on 26 May and was delivered on Friday 29 May. Very pleased with the new set. A problem validating the guarantee was resolved quickly.

Despite the `lockdown` I have had good service and a prompt and courteous delivery.

Delivered on time. Old appliance removed and new one installed with minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend.
