Always have had a good experience and never occurred any problems with shipping.

Products came in broken, and bent.

I never received a receipt for my order which I paid for using my own credit card. It was sent to someone else in my company who did not place it. Very strange and concerning.

Email said product shipped from warehouse in NV 10 days ago and then i get a email saying its now shipped from BC. It's only produce ties it should not be a large package I was expecting much better delivery time.

Still waiting hope to see it soon could've really used them this coming weekend.
