I would’ve given them a 0 if I could but horrible customer service. I ordered a dress for my birthday and they sent me a defective dress which had a hole along the seam. I sent pictures and videos of the hole and they requested that I sent them a video unboxing the item, which made no sense because I had clearly already unboxed the item. They then proceeded to tell me that because the item was a sample product they couldn’t replace or refund my dress. Makes no sense! If you send me a dress that is defective you should replace my dress or refund me period! I didn’t even want my money back I just wanted a dress that had no defects and they can take the one I have back. Insane. They instead chose to go back and forth with me via email and show that they recorded video of the packaging on the dress. But the video does not show the individual thoroughly inspecting the whole dress. They focused on the zipper area and that’s it. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend to anyone!! Shop elsewhere!

I made an order for some items and cancelled because the shipping was more than the items, so the order was cancelled. I was never refunded for these items and when I reached out they would not discuss a refun and kept telling me to go through my bank. Saying it was an issue on their end and they couldn't see if it processed. If my bank doesn't comply I just eat the cost; BOOOOOO

I ordered a dress from here and i opened it like normally would any package, when i look to unzip and try it on the zipper threading was coming out, I immediately took a picture and emailed them, after further examination the straps had LINT on them as if its already been worn. I emailed them and they claim that I need to send an unboxing video in order to move forward with this! I have never heard anything like that in my life, not all of us are social media influencers! They insisted on receiving an unboxing video before taking any action regardless of the pictures i sent the same day my items delivered!
